I know safety Steven Parker was brought up to active roster today Awuzie I believe is still a week out from having a chance to return to the lineup and my understanding Gregory will be in the lineup this game.
Lol. I think the injured are lying to the coach. “No coach one more week.” Lee is healing slow and Cheeto don’t wanna be back. I didn’t think Gregory was due yet. Good, I know Gregory will play with heart.

I have no reason to believe they don't want back in the lineup.

However, the Jerry haters will always blame him regardless. I don't really care. nothing ever changes even if the proof is in front of them.

I don't understand this statement at all. Isn't the fact that nothing ever changes the "proof" that Jerry is the problem? What are you even saying?

Nothing ever changes a fans opinion, was what was meant by it.

example.
Jerry signs a player a fan likes in FA...Jerry is great.
Another fan does not like that player, or wanted another player....Jerry sucks.

But the player he signed is decent, not great, not horrible. But does good enough. But not to the level expected. One fan for, will usually not admit it was a bad deal if other fans think it is. For the other fan, he played above expectations, but will not admit it was a good deal for his play.

Basically no one will ever be happy no matter what.

Some "leaders" need to get cut. Take the loss now and get it over with

Sadly...this interview is from 7-8 years ago...the NFL has changed. Sorry Bill....the 3-4 is dead. Players have a ripe to gripe when coaches are stuck in their ways and can't keep up w/ the changes in today's NFL. Coaches either adjust...or get out of the way...and fall to the way side. Some coaches can...some can't. I think it's pretty obvious when multiple people....fans and players are all pointing fingers @ the coaches...and you can see the misalignments....the bad play calls. Loved Bill the coach....but I find this ironic this coming from a coach that has quit multiple jobs because he couldn't finish.

Can't dispute Tuna. Even Jimmy Johnson sought out his advice.

I miss Tuna he was greatness. Taught football the old way yet could adapt to the new ways.

Because of the canceled preseason and near impossible circumstances of the 2020 season, this new coaching staff gets a mulligan, but the 2021 football season better be covid free and the Cowboys better kick some serious butt.

The players don’t like nolan and or MM. they are used to running the team. They gave up on JG. We thought it was JUST the HC. But it was players. And more important it’s the so called leaders. They got paid and like the comfy atmosphere. When a new HC or staff comes in and wants to teach or do something they don’t want to do this is how they respond. This is a GM/Owner problem. Maybe the DC and some players need to go.

This.
Players here are used to no consequences, days off and field trips.

I think the players should be holding themselves accountable instead of throwing the coaches under the bus. As many have stated in this thread already, their level of performance we have seen on the field isn't ALL on the coaches. Yes, the coaches coach you but it is up to you to execute.

It's definitely more on the FO for signing players like Jaylon Smith to big contracts (which automatically force the coaching staff's hand to play them despite their performance), completely ignoring the safety position, and bringing in scrubs on FA. I would be willing to give the coaching staff a chance IF Jerry would allow them to build a roster.

And Cabo, just for the effect. Time for MM to clean house and I start with Moore. Not specifically because he is a dud but because he is a dud and if bro Nolan can't get the D in shape I ship him out too via express pony. You gotta do what you gotta do. So far MM is nothing but a walk around head coach like Garrett was.

Oh wait..

How is he going to get it rectified? That's the question, we need a solution to the disgruntled player, even if Jerry has to get rid of the whole team and just start over.

Same system that has failed Nolan the last 4 times he has coached defense. Me as a fan is supposed to believe that the DC is not the problem when presented with those facts?

Parcells quit on the team. It was not Jerry.
Jimmy wanted to leave, and pushed the right buttons to get Jerry to fire him.

don't make it sound like Jerry had nothing to do with Jimmy wanting to leave....and the same is true with Parcells....they wanted to leave because they got tired of Jerry and his circus...

true but maybe 2-3 players on 60player roster doesnt make this an issue..its non issue they will be found out and purged eventually.im betting its not any of the people we feel it is..this is fan and media issue..

when you are losing an having down year, the toxicity comes to the surface..

I think if Jerry came out and announced he and Stephen were stepping back from all management and hiring a real GM and they actually did it? Not one fan would be unhappy. It'll never happen, but that's one way to make every fan happy.

I am not making it sound like, because it was like it.
Not saying Jerry did not have anything to do with it, but it was not all Jerry. Like most want to make it sound like it.
