no because you don’t account for the stupidity of the front office and how those decisions effect this team. I said smart “team”. You have to actually be better and smarter when building a roster. That’s at the top of the list. The evaluation and building process is severely lacking. That’s exactly what’s defined Jerry for a very long time!

McCarthy should be fired just for the fact that he hired Nolan. Nolan hasn't done one thing to earn that job in his entire career and McCarthy hands it to him. He deserves the door just like Nolan.

There is no way this team gets the top pick. They'll find a way to slip to 4 or 5 again and therfore not only miss out on the QBs if they want them, but also the ability to trade the pick to someone who wants a QB.
