How can it be Jerry when there's this notion that Stephen is actually in charge?

I tell you what, those who have credited Stephen better hope they are wrong. If Stephen is "actually" in charge, we have another 30 or 40 years of this mess.

well i have to blame jerry since he is the one in the media running his mouth about how he have final say in every decision.

with stephen... i can only hope and pray that huge ego is not genetic!

Nope. The last quarter century says be happy with your favorite players jersey and an occasional division playoff win if you are a fan of this franchise. Al Davis lives.

Who has Stephen been learning his trade from?

the romo years we had talent.... lacked coaching after parcels left. Never gave romo a run game or an oline (for part of his career)

then we finally built a great oline... great running game... had a competent and developing qb in dak and JJ wastes it with inferior coaching.

This year? We didn’t sign any impactful defensive players in the middle of this defense (besides McCoy). JJ thought just bringing in a new coaching staff would solve all.

And why the hell is chris jones still our punter? Why aren’t the little thing like field position important to this team?

JJ has failed to put an entire organization together.... because of greed... stubbornness and wanting to take credit. He was and continues to be a laughingstock. Gets what he deserves.

He's getting close to 80 years old.

This is the real state of the team. Don't waste your time worrying about head coaches and coordinators.

His son is still young..relatively speaking

there is no accountibility with this entire franchise because the gm has none since he is also the owner. this team needs a coach who has a real vision and the power to shape every thing their own way. like the panthers did with matt rhule. i think a little fear that u could lose ur job is a good thing...and jerry the gm has none.

jerry thinks he is the smartest person in every room and has to be the most hand on owner in sports. the problem is that he is not that smart and there is no one who can check him. stephen might but is that even a good thing???

i just dont see how any thing will get better as long as jerry is in charge.
You answered your own question.

He is a man who made a good chunk of his fortune from being lucky. Luck on its own doesn't get it done in the NFL. Jones is a one step forward, two steps backward type of executive. Can't win with him at the helm. He neither understands nor respects the amount of work that goes into having a successful football team. Great brand, crappy product.

Jerry is a good marketer but with no substance behind it. Reminds me of someone else with power

No it doesnt.

This franchise has the goal to make money. Not to win anything.

no nothing else matters as long as jerry and company are making the decisions. Thats become painfully obvious.
