Dont forget the Cowboys won their SB's by buying their teams when no salary cap was in place. I think the cap was put in place because of the Cowboys and their deep pockets. Now the salary cap is in place, Cowboys are no different than any other team and needs to get in line for a good coaching staff and draft picks. They blew their chance in Zeke's first year by just a couple of bad coaching calls. Now they need to start the process all over again.

The Cowboys of today are not the Cowboys of the SB dynasty era and need to earn SB's like every other team now and can't just depend on an endless source of money to do it.

Team dynamics is a strange thing and hard to put ones finger on. But, this team--for whatever reason--is not playing like a team. Maybe they needed that full pre-season, but they just look like a bunch of individuals out there. That sort of thing is hard to turn around mid season.

Yup, and again it took a head coach to turn things around, qb to put things over the top. You're at a huge disadvantage in this leaguebifbyou dont have both.

Quite true. Look at the Patriots. 2-4 on the season and got dominated by the 9rs 33-6. Comparable to the Cowboys - Washington game loss. Has Belichik lost it? Cam Newton is struggling. Does the offensive scheme suck? It takes a talented team, committed players and coaching staff to become a highly competitive team and smart management and ownership to stay on top. And this year makes it that more challenging for players to stay mentally focused and physically healthy on and off the field.

Three main problems

1. Jerry wants to keep/sign most of his players but then gets himself in trouble with the cap. There are many examples....

2. Jerry believes the team is one player away and trades away top draft picks and then hampers the draft.

3. Jerry drafts players that have an injury history and then those injuries follow with the team.
Hell YES! This is what I have said is the problem for a long time. Does anyone truly believe jaylon smith was worth the second round pick and the red shirted year?!?! Same with Bruce Carter!
Jerry now seems to have come down on doing some of this crazy stuff, but how many seasons did we miss a championship with him doing this silly *** ****!?

I am 43... and I just simply cannot express what I feel.. I am beyond frustrated, angry and disappointed. But anyway... back in the 90s... The following teams:

Saints
Seahawks
Cardinals
Bucs

These them simply sucked and sucked hard.
Now they have been very good for years, and well we all know what happened to our Cowboys?

Did the former teams changed ownership or what happened?
I know free agency etc etc.. but still.. WHAT CHANGED?

WHY TEH ·$·$·$·$$%/%(/() so we SUCK SO DAMB HARD?
I honestly do not see and end do this mes1
They have good ownership and we don't.
