He's coming apart at the seams. He sees what we all see, he just can't say that on air. Normally, he's chipper and full of weird cliches, but the fact he was so pissed this morning tells me he's fed up too. Will he do anything about it? LOL, probably not.

When you are the one that has to be accountable for this mess, and you are the judge, jury and the executioner, you will not ever do the proper thing. He is a dictator for this team.

Yeah, no leadership issues, and no issue with effort. No problems at all.

Personally, I think he's just providing damage control. I don't even think he believes what he's saying. Just doesn't want to outwardly trash the team. What he says to BigMac may be totally different.

It's on both of them. They have all of the fancy titles that they've given themselves and they're making a lot of money. They deserve all of the criticism.
