The Steelers went 8-8 last year. These were their QBs:

Ben - 2 games
Mason Rudolph - 8
Devlin Hodges - 6 (they went 3-3)

Stable organizations don't crumble when they lose their QB. The 2015 Cowboys fell apart and we're seeing it again.

We now know, in a lot of ways, 2016 was an anomaly. Even then they flopped in the playoffs, again.
No stability, yet things never change.

Imagine that.

This is what has exposed this huckster? Anyone who’s been paying attention to this franchise has known this for YEARS.

Steelers defense also kept them in games, they traded for fitzpatrick to save their season and also have one of the best young edge players in the game with TJ Watt and their new linebacker Bush from Michigan. Please paint the whole picture, our team was an offensive firehouse, without a QB and o-line we are the worst team in the league. Pitt o-line was also in tact last year giving James Connor breathing room.

The Steelers had a top 10 defense, not the worse one in the league.

We were 1-3 with our starter and had only won 6 of our last 17 with him. We were falling apart with our "franchise QB".

but serious props for Dak ......crazy year folks (lol)

It took 25 years to expose Jerry Dumbo GM Jones Dallas Cowboys is void of Leadership. It was exposed on March 29, 1994.

Leadership for an NFL Franchise starts in Owner's Box. But it does not reside in the Owner's Box. It resides on the field with the Head Coach, then the QB, and then the other Offensive and Defensive Stars. Those Owners that manage the delegation of authority to competent people have NFL Football Dynasties. Jerry Dumbo GM Jones had it but wanted more to be the only leader with all power control and authority because he owns it. This is the worst management style in business; Command and Control. But you say Jerry has the Billions. However, I already posted and showed that on an investment return no Cowboys owner was more successful than Clint Murchinson. The only owners more successful started with the inception of the League.

What does Tom Landry, Jimmy Johnson, and Bill Parcells have in common? Head Coaches in Charge where leadership resided, had leadership at QB, and a front office that allowed them to be leaders. Jerry Dumbo GM Jones will go down in football history for firing 2 Hall of Fame Head Coaches, one after winning back to back Super Bowls, and ran off another Hall of Fame Head Coach. What football organization has fired and ran off 3 Hall of Fame Super Bowl Winning Football coaches?

Jerry Jones does not care about Super Bowls. He cares about Jerry Jones being the Owner of America's Team in total control and leadership. Results do not matter and never will matter.

Dan Orvlovsky....

Right?

He's a wannabe muckraker like Screamin' A Smith.

Problem is, he's not even as good at as the low bar they set.

He spent all his time trying to minimize Prescott and now he wants to be able to say that the team collapses without him?

Sorry clown, you can't have it both ways.

People do notice.

It’s funny, I don’t mind if this board rips it to Jerry but I get defensive when others do lol.

Especially Dan O and ESPN. Not sure why but that guy rubs me the wrong way. He is always pumping his image and brand. I personally find many here more insightful.
