I'm just asking you a question and you refuse to answer it for whatever reason lol. The Pats stink. Has nothing to do with culture and that's my stance on the Cowboys. Winning cures all. I didn't hear a thing about culture in 2014 or 2016.
I didn't answer because it's an invalid question and I marked you on it, which you refuse to address for whatever reason lol.

A bit of carryover from Landry also. Mostly new guys albeit, but it's not as if the tough-minded culture he created faded away overnight. His influence would've still been felt going into the early 90s and in some respects, Jimmy just picked up the torch and carried it.
Those Landry teams sucked at the end.

So asking you do the Patriots have a good culture is "invalid"? Instead of answering it you are trying to win a debate which there is nothing to debate here lol.

There is no debate. I said you can believe what you want. You keep pushing this.

And yes, it's invalid and I tagged it. Go back and read.

Its all good man if you can't answer the question its fine. Shouldn't be pulling teeth asking a simple question like this on a football message board.

He's exactly right.....some serious leadership issues here. Quite frankly, we now know, we only had one. The bottom fell out when we lost him ......

BTW....notice the MM props as a disciplinary. I know I'm a minority, but MM will get this right if we give him time.

Thanks for this. I’ve posted the last few days that my theory is he’s getting in guys faces and challenging them and they are quitting because they are used to claps, butt slaps and not being accountable. Glad people are seeing it’s a player issue.

players win, players lose. Coaches obviously call plays, run practice.. but no one coach has the magic pill that they do that is so different than anyone else that coaches.\
All coaches go along for the ride. I kept saying it was gonna happen in NE as soon as Brady retired. How's Billy Boy doing? Hows that Patriot roster looking right now?

This is the same culture that won 3 Super Bowls. That culture thing is a excuse. Cowboys need to hire a real GM.
I really don't like when people throw around the "culture" thing as if the FO encourages the guys to slack off, but I have to say, I think do it was a much different culture under Jimmy. When the HC will leave your elite WR behind and make him find his own way to the game because he was a little late, that's quite a difference from today's team.

Don't even insult Mike and Emmitt with this ridiculous comparison!

You're offering a clown at RB who loves trouble and the spotlight who takes himself out after a few plays and an introvert WR who has to meditate between plays. Add to that your QB doesn't think the rules apply to him and the clown RB so he has a party with 30 people while the rest of us are in lockdown.

These guys are self entitled, spoiled brats like Ocho flashing his non-existent Hall of Fame jacket on the sidelines and TO who Parcells called 'the player.'
Michael Irvin was a problem child who would've spent more time under suspension in today's NFL than the "clown RB" we have now. Aikman and Emmitt were exemplary leaders, but there were plenty of guys on those 90's teams that made these guys look like choir boys.

Parcells worked hard to change that culture here, and we knew Jerry would wash it away the second he left. And he sure did.

You all mention the word culture, and that's it in a nutshell. We can't have a tough-nosed, disciplinarian as the principal when all the students know they can rush to the superintendent and complain every time they don't get their way.

Either Jerry needs to be in lock-step with his hard-nosed head coach, or he might as well go back to hiring pushovers.

Where's the leader on offense? Injured.
Where's the leader on defense? Injured.

No one else has stepped up.

Let's get something straight JJ and Co did their due diligence in finding a worthy coach to take over for Garrett. You have to remember when Garrett was the head coach of the faltering Dallas Cowboys last season, MM and pretend his staff were having a great year pretending to be a head coach by tracking plays and players of other real teams. He even came out and said pretending to coach really helped him to clear his mind and it enabled him to come up with great schemes if and when he coached again in the NFL. Well coach where are all these great plays and schemes you worked on, we could use them right about now........

You mad cause Mike didn't ask you to join him at the motel with his topless dancers?
I say more power to him! If I had the money, I'd do the same thing!

So this is now two former star players that played under MM at GB, Favre and Rodgers, who have both come to his defense and further reiterated he’s a tough no nonsense type of coach, yet we have people on this board that want him fired after one season with a COVID impacted training camp, an incredible amount of injuries to absolutely key personnel, players on the team who are mouthing off anonymously to the media, AND without him having a chance to put his stamp on the team with enough time to bring in his kind of players.

This is ridiculous.

Anyone that is in the “fire MM” camp at this point with all that providing context in the background is extremely impatient and irrational.
