I loved Meyer but he’s not here folks. The problem with this team is the defense. Those guys just aren’t good enough. The talent evaluators need to step up on that side.

The offense just has too many injuries now to overcome.

Are we still this bad?

Urban Meyer isn't working for Jerry. He's used to running his show and isn't desperate for an NFL gig.

Might as well ask if Vince Lombardi was the hire.

Hiring Meyer's somehow prevent the team from losing the starting QB, backup QB, 4 starting OL, 3 backup OL, starting TE, 2 starting DTs, 2 starting LBs, 2 starting CBs? And all the other injured players? If so then yes the team would be better.

Even with the injuries at least the players would still be playing for Meyer regardless of record. This team hasn't played 1 down for McCarthy since he arrived in Dallas. McCarthy is not a good coach, the players all know it, they're not just complaining about nothing, it's real, he sux.

Jerry hired him because he thought this hire would sell and he thought it would work. This is why Jerry has no buisness being a GM.

No. He knows offense, defense and special teams. He’s only been successful.

McCarthy has been the biggest disappointment this season. Green Bay has been better since his departure.
Not backing McCarthy, he has been a disappointment, but the Packers also dumped the GM Thompson and engaged in an entirely different approach to player personnel mgt and free agency acquisitions.

I think so. Well it depends on his approach with the offense and the defense.

Offense would be as good as it was, but without Moore as OC.
The defense would be better as Nolan would not be here.

Not sure what the W / L record would be, but my bet is 4-3 or 5-2.
As Meyer's specialty was ST's, as that would be improved.

Not saying MM can't get it fixed, but that defense has been the downfall this year, and then Dak's injury. As well as the OL. That would be where Meyer may still have been 3-4.
Can't hold all these injuries against MM. However, I believe if we had Dak, we would have won the Washington game.

I think they might be a 2-5 team, but we would have felt completely different about them. Urban would have started implementing his program, cutting dead weight, I believe. I think part of the draw to Mike from Jerry is that he would not need to clean house and would step in and just pick up where garrett left off.
