Falcons are better than the Cowboys

All of the mocks have us down around 7 or 8. I guess they arent projecting forward.

was anyone debating this? Only a coaching collapse and a miracle kick stopped them from abusing Dallas.

Best of the worst? I don't get the point of this....

Funny thing is we will probably get a win here or there and people will be saying “ wow you lost to the cowboys, they are garbage”....just like we were saying when we lost to the jets last year....

Why are we debating if the Falcons are better then us? What does this even matter? Hell at this moment they’re 31 teams probably better then our inept team!

They are now. When we had Dak we had a chance in every game. The blow outs didn’t start till he was gone.

I hope the falcons win many more games this season....we’re gonna need to lose to Minnesota if we’re gonna have a shot at a top 3 pick, need that loser breaker in case we end up with the same record!

Every team is better than us. At this point, I believe the Jets would route us.

They’re pretty bad, but if we played again, I doubt they let us off the hook twice

disagree when we played them they are a mirror of us and vice versa, when we were relatively healthy we had a similar offense and equally bad defense.. the fact that we were playing without our TWO starting tackles, id say when healthy we actually were better..i watched a little of the game last night and they gave Matty ice all day to throw, OL was our issue all year and remains so..their defense isnt great at all..

so sure you want to compare each game where we lost 3 more starters and got to where we are now..sure they are better then us right now..why dos this matter? insane how many posts trying to further rip your own team apart at every chance you get..

stop using the kick thing to say we should have lost , a better team doesnt fall for that ONK and make that bug of mistake..

Like i said head to head with equal health, we were the better team..

let stop forgetting that we are not just an injured team we are decimated with injuries' at every key postion on the team and now on our 3rd qb...

i remember when the Cowboy Zone was more strict and only related to DC posts were allowed, hows this relate we played them beat them and its different team we have now than back then but they mean nothing to us right now,.,

dismissing the injury list we have as an excuse when its the #1 reason we are in a lost season right now..the defense is bad but injuries' have cost us a chance to renbound..it started before game 1 and snowballed but some fans hate is so blind they choose to Omit the obvious,

INJURIES DECIMATED THIS TEAM AND IS THE REASON FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS BEING OUR WORST NON COMPETETIVE GAMES OUTCOMES..SERIOUSLY WAKE UP, I KNOW ITS COMMON TO SAY NO EXCUSES AND NEXT MAN UP BUT THE HATE FOR THE TEAM FROM THE TOP DOWN HAS CAUSE DTHIS PLACE TO BECOME TOXIC WITH HORRIBLE FANS..YOU ALL HAVE NO CHARACTER TURNING ON YOUR TEAM WHEN THEY ARE DOWN , YET YOU EXPECT THE TEAM AND PLAYERS FOR MORE ONTHE FIELD..

If you hate your team so much why do you come here and talk about them, is that your end game have an account to simply bash your team?

you aren't changing the owners , FO or structure

so if thats your contention to why you no longer support the team, its time to go that wont change for another decade at least,.

the Jones will be here..so go look for another place to make your day more merrier, this obviously isnt because they are more anti cowboy sentiment in here then actually support..

The kick was great, it mesmerized the Falcons, which was what it was supposed to do. Cowboys players knew what was coming and was patient and did what they were supposed to do.

Love it when fans freak out over a post they can't agree with. IT WAS PLANNED THAT WAY...

Is that not the same game Dallas tired at least two fake punt , to say Atlanta is better is absurd with out looking at the whole picture of the game.

Well they have made it it a habit of giving games away, so at that point is it a fluke. And at this point i think they are worse. Why may you ask?! We literally are playing without 4 people that are "ToP 100" players in the NFL. Smith, Martin, Collins. Let that sink in. Then Dak. Add in LVE, Lee, Awuzie and they are still worse. Whats their reason.

From a players point of view, draft position for the following season is never a thought. The goal is to improve every week, hopefully win some games and raise your stock. So they're (for the most part) are doing all they can to succeed. Players aren't going to lay down the season because an early pick is in their best interest. Not only could they be on a different team, they very well could be out of the league.
Of course there could be a situation like when Jimmy Johnson took over, where you don't necessarily tank, but you get rid of players you KNOW aren't the future and start scrubs. See 1989.

Falcons are now 2-6. They have quite a tough schedule remaining having to play New Orleans and Tampa Bay both home and away, as well as a trip to KC. Other 3 games are @denver, LV Raiders, @LAChargers.

Maybe 2-3 more wins? I guess they finish 4-12, 5-11 at best.

I suspect if we win more than 2 games in our remaining schedule they will finish with a higher draft pick than us.

Atlanta was/is a good team that makes enough mental mistakes to lose games they should of won. Sort of like the Cowboys pre Dak injury.

Their defense is a weakness too, like the Cowboys.

If the Falcons lost Ryan, like the Cowboys lost Dak, they would easily be as bad as the Cowboys are now.

Meh, had we not turned the ball over we wouldn’t have had to do a watermelon kick.
