If this team is rebuilding, do we have the right HC?

Serious Question: Is Mike McCarthy the right Head Coach for a rebuild?

• Is he capable of doing the long, hard and painful work of getting bad in order to get better?
• Can he draft and develop players?
  
• Can Big Mac be the Jimmy Johnson type who can break down, then rebuild the culture here?

My belief is I don’t think MM is that kind of HC. But I’m not sure Jerry is willing or able to accept how bad his roster really is.

What say you? Is Big Mac the right HC for a rebuild?
