"We will continue to look at free agency the way we always have"

That's what I was afraid of. More cheap bottom of the barrel type players. We see what that got us this year.

I can't bring myself to read more than a sentence or two from each tweet before my brain automatically shuts off feeling like I'm walking through a bazaar with someone trying to sell me some BS

A COO for the team doing radio shows...LOL, shades of things to come when the ringmaster keels over. Oh yes, this man is definitely qualified to run this billion dollar organization. Run it into the ground even further than his daddy. He definitely thinks he has got this and will run it exactly the same way it has run the past 25 years. Heaven help us. .

I don't understand the logic behind "Andy is our man."

With how flat the team came put against Washington? If DiNucci comes out guns blazing and Dallas beats Philly, I see no reason not to ride the hot hand.

Of Dalton had been throwing for 400yds+ and slinging TDs? Yeah, sure. He didn't. I just don't get it.
That isnt logic, lol it is standard football mentality.
they will stick with the order that was set before the season started.
If dalton had replaced dak for one game and won 69-0, then the next week they would go back to dak, as he is the # 1
Same in this case, they will go back to dalton as soon as he is ok to play.
The only time they stick with a guy is if the starter is out long enough, and the lower guy just keeps winning like dak did in 16, then they may
stick with that guy.

he also contradicts himself, saying they get good player, then work the scheme around them.
Then few lines later he says they are putting in a new def scheme, which obviously isnt working the scheme around the players they have,
but is forcing their players into a particular scheme.

Also he said they are going to scheme offense to let ben do what he is good at lol, well shouldnt you do that no matter who the qb is ??????
I really felt like this year kellen wanted to do certain things on offense , without any regard to was dak or later andy good at this? did it fit them?
and he disregarded the condition of the OL, and gave no help in pass blocking, and the run game was a low priority.
but the owner just gave the rb the biggest contract in nfl history, and then kellen wants to throw to him a little in the 58 passes a game.

however if they really are designing offense for ben, then he may have a chance sunday night.
And apparently mike is high on ben, so that might help.
me I would like to see mike take over offense and play calling, and see how that goes.

If DiNucci leads this team on a win, out on the road vs Philly, you don't sit him back down. You go slap Dalton upside his head and give DiNucci another week vs Pitt.

What happens if the play Ben and he pulls out a division title? Can you imagine how this board is going to light up! LOL

He'd make a good politician.
Yup. when I responded to the tweet I said he lies much more easily than Jerry. Jerry would have told the same lies but stuttered 3 times each lie.
Sometimes you gotta play the game though, go with the patented non-answer and I get that.

That was a whole bag of nothing. Love the Dalton is the guy even if Ben is great, don't want to actually give the guy the job after he earns it after all.

All of his answers were spoken like a true politician. We got the bag of nothing, because that's most of his answers. And the smiley face Dalton comment, because that's how I picture him. No way it plays out like that if Ben lights them up.

Besides, doesn't the coach decide who starts?

If he goes.500 the rest of the way it'd be hard to not win the division at 7-9.

I think we'd take just showing any sign of 30+ PPG offense we had under Dak.
Get to 25PPG and it's party time.
I can't watch 3 and 10 point offensive outing the rest of the year.

I have little doubt if Nucci Mane throws for 250 with 2 TDs to lead the team over the Eagles, Dalton is held out next week as a "precaution".
He does it 2 weeks in a row and DAL will be in 1st place in the NFCE and they'll "ride the hot hand".

Dalton isn't all that different from Poe or Worley in that he's a 1 year rental type whose a progress stopper if he can't be a solid starter now.
I think they'll respect Dalton enough not to cut him but who knows.

If Dallas beats the Eagles and Steelers back to back I'll no longer drink beer during any football game for the rest of the season. For me that's equal to cutting off an appendage!

McCarthy said we had our best week of practice going into the Washington game so Stephen saying that now is a joke. Holds no water.
