Just saw in on Good Morning Football that SEA wanted to trade for him but we said no. Wondering if they are thinking about a long term contract with him.

It's exactly what it tells me.......and rightfully so. Sure he's slowed down a bit but that more the long lay off and conditioning catching up with him IMO.

What interesting about the Seahawks is they've every team looking help on DLine but for some reason won't play Snack Harrison who was signed to PS a few weeks ago. Even more interesting is he's turned down offers from the Dolphins and Bucs to join their roster.

Aldon's play has fallen off a cliff IMO. He is also slow as molasses. He is powerful as hell but his lack of explosion hampers our defense, imo.

I would have traded him. He is a progress stopper...

I would have to know what the offer was. If it was as cheap as the 7th round pick that Seattle paid for Dunlap, I would have said no too.

Right, as they keep Smith, and he plays very well. They can try to sign him, or can get a 3rd or 4th round comp pick, instead of that 6th or 7th round in a trade.
Too bad our couch GM's don't think of this before the post.

And who's progress is he stopping?
There is enough snaps in the rotation to get players like Anae on the field. Armstrong gets his snaps also.

Dorace, Gregory, Anae, and Dlaw should be the rotation at both DE spots, IMO.
