Whatever. I don't make up names for players or coaches. I do use a name for a coach that someone in media named a coach and that's belicheat.

all I know is we need to trade away what we can rather than just letting them go.

The big problem Dak has is that the decision on who will be next years starter will have to be made by the draft at the latest. It won't be known by then whether or not he will be recovered enough to play or has lost mobility. And he's not under contract, so the Cowboys are not stuck with him.

This is only a problem in your head. There is no decision. As soon as Dak is able to step on the field and take a 5 step drop he's the starter. Imagine being "stuck" with the guy who was leading the #1 offense in the NFL and setting records while doing it. You guys are hilarious. The doctors have already said that Dak will be ready for mini camps in April. The boot will come off in December. .. he will rehab January and February and likely be running full speed in March. The Cowboys will be cautious with him I'm sure but I guarantee you they will be able to see where he is physically before the draft at the end of April.

I overheard on the radio today a clip of Greeny saying that he think that both Dak and Zeke will be gone from the Cowboys nest year. Greeny said that he thinks that Jerry is going to blow up the team, and that, he thinks they will have now have cap space to do so.

That's all I can remember. Sorry I couldn't find a YT video to back up what Greeny said today.

Greenburg has about the same amount of insight into the Cowboys as any of us do.

does ESPN have any credible journalists on staff?
The people you see on those talking head shows are all entertainers not journalists. Never confuse the two. The beat reporters who do the grunt work from the team sites are closer to journalists but even they have had to bow to the the ratings gods and sensationalize from time to time. Let's face it, journalism in sports is dead just like it is in politics.

What's Jacksonvilles mini camp schedule got to do with the Cowboys?

I like the players but if it were to happen, I wouldn’t be mad. A lot we can do in next year’s draft.

I would actually go as far as to say a touch more informed because most here actually care about what's happening with the Cowboys and want to get the facts straight.
Greenstein is just a clickbait hater.

If the total do over/re-set included both Jerry and Stephen stepping down, firing this entire coaching staff AND getting rid of Dak and Zeke...

I would be in a state of Cowboy bliss comparable to what my first fully understood Boys SB victory (SB 12)meant to me.

Kid in a candy store, Christmas morning presents under the tree type happy.

And then there's reality.

Zeke will be fine behind a healthy Offensive line. Right now he isn't running with confidence because he knows the current o line is in shambles.

....looking at the QB situation as it is all over the NFL. Point being, good QB's are hard to find. Dak is better than good. Therefore, Dak is not going anywhere, given he's healthy again.
The only way it happens is if Jerry thinks he can get a shiny new toy in the draft to replace Dak.

It took Zeke two years in the league to learn to be patient and let the hole develop in front of him. Unfortunately now that he's accomplished that there really aren't a lot of holes being opened. The reason Pollard gets through the hole quicker is because is NOT waiting.. He's doing what most young backs do.. pick a place to run through and run at it 100 mph. If he's right he pops through.. If he's wrong he gets stonewalled. The fact that he's averaging 3.9 yards per carry as the change of pace back speaks volumes about the quality of blocking they're getting. The change of pace back should always average higher than the starter because he gets to face the defense with fresh legs after the starter has softened them up some. Yet Pollard has EXACTLY the same average as Zeke.. and coming into the Philly game was actually averaging LESS. But people were clamoring for him to replace Zeke.. I guess narratives are hard to let go of.. Pollard put together a nice couple of runs Sunday night that bumped his average up. But until the line starts moving people neither guys is going to do diddly poo.. (to quote the great Jim Mora.)

Only way Dak is gone is if we somehow luck into the top pick. Bye Zeke

I would keep Dak and cut Zeke. I'm sick of the guy. He doesn't care and is an absolute mental midget.
