He is terrible and uninspiring . The entire “ I’m mr. analytics now and have seen every snap” was a mirage and a con job. Jerry won’t admit a mistake of this magnitude easily , meat head Mike can go back to back 0-16 and be safe

Between Covid and dealing with the players in Dallas who have been taught that they are great just because they wear the star McCarthy has had to wade into this mess slowly.
After 13 years of Jason Garrett, I'll gladly give McCarthy time to rebuild.

One thing for sure, it is a bad team. It has talent issues when they're all healthy but they're even worse at depth and have been for decades.

before Dak's injury...the offense.
particularly the pass game.
also in game adjustments...particularly moving Martin out to OT...never happen under garrett.
his willingness to give Terrence Steele a spot...because he earned it in Camp and in practices...would not have happened under the old regime.
Steele will be better for it in the long run.
the devoloment of Schultz....he was wasting away under garrett.
even before Jarwin's injury...Schultz was being used and productive.
same for Noah Brown.
i credit McCarthy for how those 2 look like different players.
no off season.
no mini camp.
no time.
few practices.
considering all that ****...i think Big Mc has done a helluva job.
