King deserves a shot because of his talent, but I thought this should've been done in April...Chris Jones has been underperforming.

I think Fassel is a really good special teams coach, but this was the one more that puzzled me. Not necessarily that we stuck with Jones, but that we didn't even give him any competition.

Well they did bring in Hunter on the PS. He’s likely just not what they want and are looking for help.

King is a former all pro. Would be an upgrade

The Broncos released him too. He's a talented but headcase punter who's high maintenance. The diva attitude might fly if you play a skill position. Not so much when you're a punter.

He will fit right in here then. I don’t care what you do as long as you produce. It will be nice to see a punt travel further than 20 yards
