Just silly.

We almost beat an undefeated team with Gilbert. Use the season to see what you have there.
I’d rather develope Gilbert to be backup next year
He’s always had talent just never stuck anywhere
Dalton has no future with the team
He’s is the better QB because of experience but I think this season is toast
Time to throw the future guys out there and get them reps
Gilbert could be a cheap option at backup for years

Andy played 1 game, and you guys want to kick him to the curb. He is going to start lighting it up. If zeke doesn't kill 2 drives with fumbles, gallup drop a td pass, and the refs blow a drive with a bad PI call, it might look a little different.

Garrett got you a hundred something yards, Daltons going to be throwing 300+.

The defense is showing life. Dlaw and Gregory are a really good combo. The nfc east is still wide open.

Why? Dalton sucked. He was basically Brandon Weeden 2.0.

I’ll tell you why they’re going back to Dalton.. because they paid him a lot of money and by starting Gilbert, they’d be admitting how inept they are as a front office

I have to admit . Dalton should not be starting over this kid. We looked good for 3 qtrs till the Ref's and the INT ****ed us

I agree Andy should be given anther shot at starting.. we can always turn back to GG.. I dont think AD got fair shot i mean his first start the OL didnt block, zeke fumbles twice the play calling was vanilla uncreative and defense wasn't playing well iE playing from behind, Washington game we lost martin and after Knight..then dalton gets hurt on bogus hit..

seriously i believe if he started the eagle game we win, im sure he would have played pretty well against PB but we will find out soon enough and the FO will then know if it was Andy or poor play and situation he was thrown into..

does it really matte rat this point? if he comes in an bombs and its on him , you yank him play GG..im curious..

LOL. Dalton throwing for 300? Give me some of what you're smoking.

Not sure about what?

That Andy can throw 300 + yards with maybe the best receiving core in the NFL
That the defense is showing improvement
That the NFC East is still winnable

If your offense can score points, and your defense can get stops, you can make a run in the playoffs. I see improvement all around. The season is not over

i am smoking history and reality

I don't think dalton had martin in his 1 game. Zeke killed 2 drives with fumbles, the refs stole one, and gallup dropped an easy td. Fix all of that, the defense is improving, I am wondering why you can't see the possibility.

Didn’t know you were speaking for MM.

This is what drives me nuts about this franchise. Why can't he just say something like, "Well Andy is looking healthier but it will be up to the coaching staff to determine who will be starting"? It's maddening. Why don't the Jones' boys just go down and put headsets on and coach themselves?

What I'm thinking more than anything is they will let Dalton go next year and they want to hide Gilbert so they can retain him for cheap. No point in showcasing him only to end up with a mid round pick and a 1st round playoff exit and then lose Gilbert to free agency.

I think it matters to the players on the team. There's a different energy when Gilbert started. Win or lose, I'd rather see a spirited team.
