Meh not sure about the getting better part although I do believe we were able to lock him up for next year on the cheap as well. Look out for a big year next as he will be playing for his one big free agent deal. If we extend him early or sign him to a massive free agent deal after next year I will lose my mind.

I wonder that too. Based on what was done and said this offseason I’d say they’d reunite. But things change in a year but he should be cheap and can bring solid leadership to some of the young guys.

I don’t think Garrett got full effort from his teams
In fact I think Garrett teams dramatically under performed because he didn’t get full effort
Guys like jimmy, parcels or bellicheck could have got to the super bowl with teams Garrett had
Parcells made the playoffs with Quincey Carter at QB

You confuse getting your team to play hard for you (which by and large Garrett did) and having the coaching skill to actually beat the other teams.
B.T.W. Garrett didn't have a great GM to help him either.
