All I know is I want to see everyone owing crow to line up and serve it up after he surpasses the expectations he set his rookie season..

It will happen, so hopefully, to all those of you to whom I'm referring, I hope you actually eat that crow before hyping his jock again...

This is exactly what I thought when I saw the replay during the game. I don't think he was trying to hit him at all, just get his hand off of him. I thought it was a BS call to be honest

For the record, there was no attempted slap, merely a reaction to making a play....

If LVE actually used his pimp hand, that fool would still be lying out cold on that carpet...

I agree but on this replay he appeared to hit the Pittsburgh player's facemask in the process. I didn't notice that during the broadcast.

It really looked to me as though LVE was just trying to push the other guys hand away from him, rather than trying to hit him!

He's anything but a dirty player. Camera angles really make a world of difference when it comes to seeing things as they are.

No penalty, no punch or slap. Simply a clumsy attempt to get the dude's hand off his face

Exactly. The first angle I saw I thought he was hitting the guy. Apparently that’s what the refs saw too. But a different angle showed what you said. He was pushing the other guy’s hand away.

I think if they had actually seen the whole exchange they wouldn't have called it, but what they saw was LVE's arm go down and his hand strike the face mask.

It should not have been flagged. Just another example of Badell having those officials ordered to flag our Cowboys.

Probably more a case of the officials not looking at the players soon enough, or being able to see the other guy's arm from the angle they were at.
