I think overall it would be nice to replace him 3 years ago.

But the FO keeps him like an old raincoat.

But this FO is predictably unpredictable about its players they like.

I remember when the board hated him a few years ago and he was at least effective then. Now, post double hip surgery, he is washed out on almost every play. The FO needs to realize that he is a liability whenever he steps on the field.

Yep. Agree. All the CZ scouts that said heath was replaceable...lol. Crawford is no super star but he is a solid player.

"Solid Player" is a term used by the front office when you realize you have way over paid for a JAG, or worse.

That and the terms like 'leadership', 'position flex', and 'intangibles'. Worthless words instead of actual production.

Actual 'solid players' can actually put up a stat. Make a tackle. Anything.

Cowboys value "position flex", Crawford has a combination of size and quickness, such that it is, that let's him play DT or DE. Do the Cowboys over value position flex?

Yea it was strange to see him moving towards the ball rather then driven back and away from the action like every time a running back is handed the ball.
