Me thinks yes....

I agree he "was" a valuable flex guy who could play DT and DE.....that is no longer the case. Its seems that he can play neither effectively at this point of his career.

I would agree on the effectively part, but he can at least get on the field now, I'm pretty sure he's still on the team because of his dead cap hit, as well...
