Dallas would be better long term with the higher draft pick. Until Dallas beats a team with a winning record it does not mean very much. It will be interesting to see how Dallas does against the Ravens.
Lol! I can't believe how many of you guys don't mind losing. Noting is promised! You guys think losing leads to winning? One player out of 22 starters will win us a SB? Oh brother!

Having higher draft position in each round equals to better picks in all rounds. I certainly hope the draft results in more than one decent draft pick. This draft doesn’t have a lot of blue chip prospects , so they can draft a player with a second round grade in the middle of the first round and continue 25+ years of mediocrity.winning a few meaningless games or even winning this stinking division will never have the long term impact that a couple of good draft picks will have.

So sad there are people breathing air that think this.

Dak 4th round

Demarcus ware at 11

There are no good picks outside of the top 3

Everyone knows a high draft pick like top 5 or so is not a misfortune, it's an obvious advantage; Not only in the 1st round but in every following round as well.
This team needs every advantage they can get, and I'm not talking about QBs, we need help in numerous other positions, and the higher we pick, the better.

A fan's obsession with tanking for a better draft position is something only the fan obsesses about. There are plenty of great mid round picks. There's also a financial advantage.

I enjoyed Sunday's win. I understand both sides of the whole tanking vs. not tanking argument, but it was nice to enjoy a Sunday win, especially a tough road win against a team that was on a winning streak. Does this team need more talent to become a championship contender? Absolutely. But that doesn't mean that you should be upset that the team won. A top 5 or top 10 pick doesn't automatically mean we're going to be drafting a stud. There's been plenty of busts in the top 10 throughout the years. Let's just let the season play out and enjoy the wins as they come.

This draft has very few blue chip players. With the injury to Burrow, the Bengals are not winning another game. They will draft Sewell. The top 3 draft positions are set. It is what it is. We win 6 games we are the division champs.

That makes a good draft position all the more important. We don't need a top 3 pick to find help for our defense, but a top 10 pick would certainly help.
As for Division Champs, winning the worthless NFC LEAST this year is setting the bar pretty low.

Tank’s back on Ranching. This team is SOOOOOOO BAD we need a top-3 pick 5 yrs in a row to get back into the playoffs. This D is disgusting. Nolan is a loser.

Its not guaranteed but it gives you a better chance to get a high impact player with a better draft pick. This Cowboys team is toast. It is what it is these injuries are insane. Nothing can be done about it.

But why is this being discussed so much? Fans can talk about tanking all they want. Players do not tank. It is not going to happen. These guys are playing for $$ and future $$. Just because fans want taking doesn't actually mean they are going to tank. It doesn't happen for real.
