All I care about is TDs tbh
In a game, yes, but I don’t think statistically it makes one player that much better than a guy who has half as many TD’s.

Some teams run different offenses, some coaches are more aggressive, some offenses have better QB’s and other play makers so they are put in a position to score more TD’s, some teams spread the ball around more.

Jerry Rice wouldn’t have scored all those TD’s if Montana was pitching him the ball and zeke wouldn’t have scored all those TD’s if he didn’t have a great O line and JG giving him the ball 20+ times a game.

It’s not a knock on either of them, there’s just way too many factors that play into TD’s for me to think that it makes one player that much better than another.

The 45 and 10 club

The 2 time rushing champ is the 5th back to reach 45 rushing TD’s and 10 receiving TD’s in his first 5 seasons joining Hall of Famer Marcus Allen, Shaun Alexander, Chuck Foreman and Todd Gurley.
Congrats to Zeke!!! :starspin:

I'm surprised Marshall Faulk and LaDainian Tomlinson are not in that group. After reviewing their career stats, within their first 5 years, Faulk had accumulated 42 rushing TDs (3 TDs shy of the 45 TD requirement) and came up 1 TD short of reaching 10 pass catching TDs with 9 total. Tomlinson had a whopping 72 rushing TDs but came up 2 shy of 10 pass catching TDs with only 8.

Evidently, reaching the 45 rushing TDs with 10 pass catching TDs within your first 5 years as a RB is not an easy feat.

Congrats to Zeke once again! :starspin:

Nothing but a product of his line. Next RB please.
For the most part, you’re finally starting to get it. 50 million guaranteed and a 4th overall draft pick completely wasted.
