In his post game press conference Mike McCarthy just called the fake punt try a “Big play opportunity”

I would love to hear the Jones family private conversations tonight. They have to know they have screwed everything up here. There is no way to deny it at this point.

Well I've seen more of those type things this year than I did in 10 years of Garrett. That one was a winner but MM is not exactly leaving Garrett out on the idiot island.

I am not one to talk about Mike...but this was just bad...all round too...Special Team, Offense, Defense...just awful...

And Washington has an awful coaching staff lead by Ron. But lucky for him he coaches in the NFC East.

Yeah that doesn't explain bizarre play calls. Reverse from the 5 yard line, etc. It was a horribly called game regardless of who was playing defense.

What is with Moore's obsession with college level plays? Has Nolan ever designed a good blitz? It seems he just runs either LVE or Smith straight into the heart of the opposing OL. And what's with the defense almost ALWAYS giving up an easy 8-10 yard gain when we have a team in a hole at like 2nd and 16?

Just at a loss for words on this one. You saw one team that had middling talent like us well coached and then you saw us.

Correction, GM failure. With the fuhrer in charge of everything, the no power head coach makes little difference.

I believe it is the worse coached game in every phase I have ever seen in close to 60 years and that includes High school ball. The ineptitude of the entire coaching staff is embarrassing. This game was very winnable w/12 min in 4th quarter down by only 4pts
If I were the owner I would not pay these offensive coaches this week & if these coaches had any sense of pride & integrity they wouldn’t accept a pay check for this sorry ignorant lame pathetic amateur play calling that they claim is “Professional Football”...They’re not coaches...They’re Con-Men
