I’ve never in 43 years of fan hood ever actually laughed out loud at this team like I did today.

I've never suspected or even considered the Cowboys would throw a season. But like you it crossed my mind this game. That would at least explain the incompetent coaching decisions. It felt like someone was throwing this game or could it be the coaching was actually trying to win?

It was so bad it did cross my mind. The play calling was surreal bad. Dalton passing on 4th and inches , the weird reverse option at goal line , the infamous fake punt it goes on and on.

Well sure. They competed with the Steelers and beat the Vikings. But in this game the Cowboys were dominated on both sides of the LOS. Very hard to win when that happens. Probably the reason for all of the WR screens. Teams resort to that when they're being beaten up front. And it never ends well. Just go back to the 2013 season SB Seahawks/Broncos. Something people can remember. Denver started that WR screen crap as a last ditch effort to salvage the game. It too failed.

No what's silly is the tiny fraction of all cowboys fans that say they won't spend anymore money seem to think they're making this big statement and whether they admit it or not privately saying to themselves that "this will show him" and what you don't get is what you did spend compared to the total amount of money Jones makes from the Cowboys isn't even enough to register so he doesn't miss it or even know it's not there. So if it makes you feel good to not spend anymore money on the Cowboys knock your socks off but don't think it's hurting Jones in any way at all.
