He abused Ewing for sure. I don't know that he abused Robinson, in Robinson's first 7 years in the NBA, he was pretty good. Shaq, nobody abused him. Shaq would not have gone out and picked him up on the outside jumpers but nobody is going down on the block and abusing Shaq. I've never seen anybody in the NBA who could have done that. He was just too big and too quick for a man his size.

But The Dream was one of the all time greats in my book, regardless. I wonder how good he could have been if he'd actually grown up with Basketball? If he could have learned to be a little better ball handler and ball defender, he could have been a bigger Michael Jordan. Think about that for just a second.......
He definitely owned Shaq in the Finals. Like you said, nobody is abusing Shaq down low. However Shaq was clearly out of his depth with Olojuwan's overall skill set at that point in his career

I think it's pretty simple as far as being the GOAT. Take away Lebron's size and make him the same as Jordan's size...who's better?

Make Jordan the same size as Lebron..who's better?

Jordan wins both of those by a long shot.

Lebron is great due to his size and athleticism. There's never been someone thats as big as he is who is that athletic. Take away that and he's not even an all star.
Lebron's basketball IQ is legendary

What makes someone an "expert"? This isn't a field that requires expertise which is how most folks at ESPN have jobs. .................lets see what they say in 20 years when fear offending Lebron isn't what it is today.

I’ll take the opinions of NBA players and coaches

you’re making yourself look ignorant

LeBron may well be the best athlete ever born.
He is physically a lab created monster.
And he may be one of the best dudes to achieve this level of greatness.
Married HS sweetheart and home doing taco tuesdays.

But he wasn't better at winning basketball games than Michael Jordan.
MJ was singularly driven to the point of being a pretty bad person.
But he was truly an unstoppable force.

If superstars tried to band together to challenge MJ he would have shown up at their house and bullied them in their drive ways.
MJ was like 50 cent.

I didn’t know all that. Lol

yeah, MJ in my opinion is hands down the GOAT. 6 for 6 convincingly.

LeBron gets big time honorable mention. Not for Miami teams ...

1.) but for going back to Cleveland and telling them he will bring title home for them.
2.) For beating GS after being down. What 3 games to 1.. then being told by GS player, “this is a mans game”.. as he walked off court in that game 4 loss?)

Epic.

possibly a 3.) if he wins one for Kobe.

Yep. He outscored Shaq 33 to 28. Most of Shaq's points were when Olojuwan wasn't playing. Most of Olojuwan's points were against Shaq.

Wilt is the G.O.A.T. How many rules did they change for anyone not named Wilt? They literally changed the rules to try and slow him down.

Players I've seen in my lifetime would rank like this:

1. Michael Jordan
2. Magic Johnson
3. Kobe Bryant
4. Larry Bird
5. Hakeem Olajuwon
6. Allen Iverson
7. Kareem Abdul Jabbar
8. LeBron James
9. Shaquille O'Neal
10. Dirk Nowitzki
11. Scottie Pippen
12. Karl Malone

And that leaves out Wilkins, Duncan, Curry, Durant, Isaiha....

I never saw Wilt, Oscar, Maravich, Russell, Baylor, and others beyond film.

There are several players on that list who would probably *easily* concede that Lebron was a greater player

NBA players are among the dumbest people on the planet. Nobody who thinks Lebron is better than MJ played with MJ or even lived through much of the era. So, I'll take the word of the folks who have lived through both eras.

And you look dumber every time you post.

this is your list of best NBA players

“1. MJ
2. Wilt
3. Bill Russel
4. Magic
5. Kobe”

you said “this is not a field that requires expertise”

I’ll let your ignorance shine by your own statements
