Personally, I'm gonna give Mr McCarthy some time

Gonna pass on the criticisms of Mr McCarthy. He inherited a perpetual 8-8 team which has as much to do with the personnel onboard as the coaching. Its not like he inherited a perennial Super Bowl contender.

After the upcoming off season, draft, next year free agents...maybe it'll be more reflective of the man's coaching style. One can hope he assembles the team as he sees fit. Pipe dream maybe given Jerrah's propensity to interfere...one can hope.

Time will tell.

Go Cowboys!

first ff we as fans have no choice we get the caches and layers the FO decides we get,,

secondly I was for sure trying my best to give this staff a mulligan given the massive amount of injuries we had and its the worst ive ever witnessed,,

after last night id fire them all but know down deeply, that not happening,

so ill go with my gut a healthy 2021 team will easily be 10-6 so we will be less grumpy for 2021..

lets hope for strong draft and few FA to fix the defense

McCarthy never seemed like the right hire.

With a hall of fame qb he won one Super Bowl. I’m convinced he held Rogers back from more.

His sales pitch was that after getting fired by Green Bay, one of the best pro football organizations he took a year off and studied football so he really REALLY knows how to coach this time.

Further, the talk about “he’s from Pittsburg (city not team) so he’s tough” talk never set well with me.

If Nolan is here next year I’ll be disappointed. As for Mike, I’d give him a full offseason in a normal year to show what he can do...as long as we stop going for it on 4th and forever deep in our down end. I think that was more the ST coach then anything though, his song and dance is also starting to wear me down.

I'm not concerned about what MM inherited, that's all correctable. Either coach it to be better or cut it. What concerns me are the decisions MM seems to keep making from the sideline that kills any chance for the Cowboys to win. He seems to have a knack for changing winnable games into impossible games to win. I thought that was Jerry's special skill but it seems he has managed to fire an HC that can do that for him while adding his own nuances.

Due to the circumstances, he isn't coaching his team. He is coaching Garrett's old team.

I like MM, but those two fourth down plays deep in their own territory ticked me off. To me, it showed that he didn't have confidence in his team. Maybe he was desperate because we lost two tackles, but to throw a ten yard pass when you need 6 inches is very questionable to me. Oh well, it is what it is. Go Cowboys....

Some time to do what???? Lose another 12 - 14 games next year????? The dude couldn't win with Aaron Rogers, what makes you think he's going to win with someone like Dak Prescott?????? No, MM should be a one and done coach in Dallas................

I am hopeful that the entire organization saw this season as a lost cause with Dak going down and all the injuries...so they have Mike will to just do what the hell he wants and see what sticks. Seems like that to me to be honest

He won a super bowl with a team full of leaders

Rodgers, Jennings, Driver, Woodson, Clifton, Matthews.

He’s been pretty terrible his last two seasons coaching
