they have never cared about defense,only the offense.for a long time jerry did not value the OL, but now I think he does more since he had a good OL for awhile.
The only position jerry ever cared about on defense is DE, he likes having a big time pass rusher, and I think that goes back to hailey, and people saying that made the dallas
team a SB team.
But that 92 team had a solid defense, one of the best in the league, and that defense got overlooked in the SB wins I think.
Everyone talks about the triplets, but without that defense, they would never have made it to a SB much less win one.
In fact I think the defense was more instrumental in the SB seasons than the offense was. just IMO.

The 1St 2 SB's dallas won , under landry also had the very good defense's.

Dalton's one win came with Dallas giving up 28pts. Do you realize if our defense only gave up 28 for every one of Dak's starts, we would have only had one loss? Morons blamed Dak completely for losing games where his defense gave up 49 and 38. In Dalton's win, his defense had 2 takeaways and key stops at the end. Had we had key stops at any point against Cleveland and Seattle, we win. Especially Seattle. Dak got us the lead and our defense craps it away in their usual fashion.

But everything Dak did is "garbage time" unless he wins. Ala the Atlanta game. Nothing is garbage time if you are getting your team back in the game with a chance to win.

The only really meh game Dak had this year was against the Rams. But their defense has been making a lot of QBs this year look meh.

He's a good QB (I know, you wont comprehend that i'm not a hater), but you make him sound like a HoF candidate.

He's got weaknesses and his talents equate him to a good Bus Driver, which is fine provided he has the talent around him.

Agree with you on the defense, however, that's a result of spending so much of the salary cap on Dak and his Offense....that it's left us having to sign the class of: Poe, Worley and Clinton-Dix as starters.

You mean the same game where the coaching staff gave Green no help and Dak was sacked 6 times? Lol. He did play behind this offensive line and was on pace for the single season passing record.

he did play behind this offensive line earlier in the year. we were averaging over 30 points a game...your point?

He's always striked me as someone who had to be reminded when to breathe so I'm more shocked he's able to type and breathe at the same time.....
