So I have been meaning to ask this question for awhile.

Of course he was one of two 1st rd picks for us when we also drafted Damascus Ware.

He never reached hero status with us as Ware did.

But what he has done is become a good football analyst whom I see is getting more and more airtime recently.

He is often on Stephen A Smith's show as the pro Cowboy spokes person and he holds his own pretty well against that blowhard.

He also does several other appearances on the sports scene and he is a pretty knowledgeable guy. No dunce hats for him.

So I wonder what you guys think?

Do you even notice him?

Look at this clip if you do not know whom I am speaking of..

Well?

I know who Spears is but I can truthfully say I only remember seeing him a one show one time. I don't watch Stephen A. Smith's show because he's a horse's arse.

I believe he does a lot with the SEC network. He's fine.

As a player he was a solid player, though not worth a first round pick. Fortunately, the staff over ruled Parcells and drafted Ware before drafting Spears.

You must not have seen the Little Giants movie
And no comments on the video about McCarthy and THAT GAME?

That game was a full blown nightmare to me.

That's another benchmark for Big Mickey.

Another is that our defense has now given up more points in Cowboy history with FIVE more games to play?

McCarthy you sux.

Little Giants is a movie. The Cowboys player said he’s going to hit the giants player so hard he talks out of his butt! He hits him and does!

He is the one who described the rotten culture that surrounds the team. Based on the quarter century dung sandwich fans have endured, I have little reason to disbelieve him.
