From what I've seen/heard whoever else is in their backfield with him is so bad he's seeing very few targets. Kind of like his time in Dallas. $16M is still too much, but again, you can't just judge the dude by stays. CB is a position where fewer stats can specifically mean you're actually doing better at your job.

I hear what you are saying but Byron Jones is no Deion Sanders. Teams are not afraid to throw at him. I highly doubt the other CB is absolute trash and easy pickings. Teams could easy provide the weaker CB with help.

Its difficult trying to watch football knowing that we cant contend.

That, in the worst division in the history of the league
And here I'm spending most of my time watching Giants/Bengals because they're on our schedule.

Byron Jones is a very, very solid CB. Would be far and away the best CB on this team by miles.

He's just not a play maker in terms of game changing plays. If you want splash plays, look elsewhere.

$16M a year is an awful lot for this type of player

Zeke is not in the top RB argument any more. It's been the Cook, Henry, and Kamara show for awhile now.

Kamara isn’t in the conversation he’s never even sniffed a 1000 yard season. You might want to check his career numbers. Nick Chubb would be in a conversation.
