I am looking at and presenting the whole picture. I am presenting a statistic which encompasses 100% of the data available (keeping in mind the subject matter at hand is BB's performance as an HC without Brady).

So yeah, anything which pares down a robust, comprehensive data set is cherry picking.

You are doing everything in your power to avoid "the whole picture."

*** are you talking about? Keeping in mind that the subject at hand is "Belichick without Brady" I am the only one here presenting the whole picture.

Brady has been looking worse as the season goes. His arm strength just isn't there any more.

3,300 yards, 28 TDs, and 11 INTs, and rating of 95+ on the season with 4 games left. If that's washed-up, who the hell cares? It's still damn good through 12 games.

His last month has been rough, but Tampa gets Atlanta twice, Detroit, and the Vikings. Nothing but losing teams. It wouldn't surprise me if he finishes strong.

Arians biggest failure as a coach is making a 43 year old qb adjust to his antiquated deep route passing attack vs adjusting his offense to a short/mid yardage quick passing attack over the middle, which is where brady excelled...

and Bruce, please spare me "he's hitting the deep passes in practice" ... really??? when no one is on his face and the pocket isnt collapsing around him??? That practice?

Bruce Arians is a bad coach... and if he isn't bad, hes highly over rated

The Bucs don't have the OL to do in games what they do in practice.

Those two big wide outs are built more for mid-range and deep routes as well as sideline routes. I don't think their strength is the short, quick passing game, but I agree that some modifications to Arians' system are needed. Sometimes everything doesn't come together overnight especially when the off season and pre-season are a mess. Coach and QB are still adjusting and may turn it into something. Or maybe not because sometimes what looks good on paper never actually pans out.

You'd have to watch the game w/ him playing to see what we're talking about. Stats are not going to show it.

It can look sloppier, weaker, washed up, etc. When the output is solid, it's solid.

It hasn't been solid. It's been herky jerky and inconsistent.

Right now, Brady is getting by on his extreme awareness and football sense. The number of passes he has left in his arm that he can zip is dwindling game by game. He'll prolly make the playoffs, though, as the teams he has left to face are bad, and he can beat the bad teams.

It's not Brady holding back the Bucs at this point.

Bruce Arians failure to read the room in Tampa will be their downfall.

Tampa is not Pittsburgh, SF or Dallas with a rich QB history.

Before he'd ever taken a snap, TB walked into Tampa being the best QB by far the franchise has EVER had.

Arians failure to recognize that, give him some respect, and work within Brady's skill set instead of against him
at almost every turn will cost them in the playoffs.

Since its not on the up to date Fan Zone board, I'll chime in by saying that all he really needed was weapons.

Myself and maybe 3 to 5 others sang this tune.

Even in the worst downfield/high risk/ stretch his arm limits offense he is balling.

Well respected senior posters here said he was done. I was mocked while others called him pedestrian. And my football acumen was questioned.

But ya gotta remember the professional QB scout members here try to sell the bed salesman like he's first ballot HOF too so ya gotta consider the sources.

Just too funny.

Go GOAT!, lol

THIS is an accurate post. To not adapt an offense to Brady's current skill set but force the high risk/downfield crap is pure lunacy.

Nice post again.
