SP has been 8-0 with backup QBs the last two seasons w/o Brees. That's almost unheard of and makes one wonder what he could do with Dallas

I would’ve loved to have seen them go after Lincoln Riley.

What was the worst case scenario? We’d be where we are now?

I do not like the McCarthy hire and the worst part about all of this is Jerry didn’t do his due diligence.

He did the Rooney rule dance and ran straight to McCarthy and hired the first good ole boy / retread available.

They’ve played Atlanta twice and Denver playing a WR at QB! Their defense is hitting on all cylinders right now!

says about 28 teams they dont just grow on trees...blame parcells if he would have told SP he was suddenly retiring and could have the Dallas job SP would have stayed..BillP quit like a little _____________________fil in the blank.,.

what he could have done with that team he and bill were building would have been great..

we would like Mahomes as well.. let me know when a few more of those al in our lap..

Mahomes Kelce sean peyton, a great OL and Aaron Donald on defense wow that would be great

Jerrah says we already have a Sean Payton with Kellen Moore. I bet he is the next coach.

Riley or Meyer should have been the head coach. Hell, even Swinney. If I’m Jerry as an old guy who wants to win a championship before I die, I’m giving them whatever they want. Enough money could pry anyone away.

Tony Romo, eventually.

We had our shot at Payton, though. at the time, everybody thought he was an offensive-minded Mike Zimmer. It was a big deal when he was allowed to call plays again in Dallas in ‘05 or ‘06 or whenever it was.

Interesting enough was that green bay was Paytons first choice in 2006. They ended up hiring McCarthy and Sean wasn't a big fan of New Orleans at first.
