This coaching staff can not get another year

i do not care about all the injures and covid messing every thing up. not for one second! i am not saying this team should be 9-3 or what ever but the job this coaching staff have done is 100% inexcusible! there is no excuse for so many player on d being lost on every play, mis communication all the time that lead to huge chunk yardage, poor fundamental (tackling, angles, awareness... every thing).

also stupid play calling and very stupid decison making. u just can not blame this on injures or covid im sorry! these are not excuse that work to explain how u get out schemed every single week!

jerry has a belief that he builded a SUPER BOWL roster and even if they were healthy guess what kind of team u meet in the playoff? other big time talent where u actually have to out scheme and out play and out smart the opponent! does this coaching staff ever show they can do that? wake up man! it goes for his boy kellen just as much!

this is very frustrating to watch!

Look at the last doofus they let run the ship for a decade. Those two fools have too much pride to admit they were wrong and cut their losses after a year.

Status quo incoming.. They believe in their plan lol.

We’ll get healthy and return to our 8-8 / 9-7 glory..

Heck we might even go to a wildcard and win it and reward all of our players with fat contracts.

Exactly how was this coaching staff supposed to put in their system with no offseason, no minicamp, no QB camp, no training camp, and no preseason games? On top of that the Cowboys are in the middle of the historic worse injury filled season in the teams history.

everybody can see that and everybody knows that.

The two guys who make all the decisions think they are smarter than everyone else and chuckle and giggle when asked questions like this.

Jerry not gonna pay MM and his buddies to sit around his barn and watch film for four years.

If you thought we had a chance or couldn’t predict this exact outcome, then your hopeless.

McCarthy will get a pass this year. But I think even missing the playoffs next year at 9-7 would see him gone.

I mean I hate to be the one to say it but the Giants are starting to look good. They have been getting better as the year goes on, sort of like what you would expect if you have a well-coached team despite the fact that Jason Garrett is one of those coaches.

This is a good point but what sticks out to me is how lost and confused the defense looks. We're down to our 3rd string offensive line and our offense is still the strength of the team. Most of our injuries have happened on offense. Our front 7 has been fairly healthy with the exception of LVE for 4 weeks and the DT that got hurt in preseason. I can't remember his name. So injuries on the defensive side of the ball isn't the big issue, it's execution and I swear these guys don't know what they're doing. It's December and players are missing gaps and getting ran over. There was a time in the season that I liked MM because the players we're still trying to win but now it's getting pretty bad. When the whole world knows you're going to run the ball and they run it down your throats for a touchdown. That's pretty bad.

I see your point that there wasn't a traditional off season and I believe that has hurt the defense. I also think that's why the offense, given all of it's injuries, is still the more solid unit because they didn't change much from last year. But the defense and the special teams are out of excuses. Every team in the league had the same off season issue that prevented a traditional off season. It's not like something bizarre happened in Dallas and no other place in the NFL. Every other team has worked around it. Actually Dallas has been lucky not to have any outbreaks on the team. So it's December and the defense and special teams still look like they are in preseason and have just been handed the playbooks. At some point the coaches have to adjust to what their players can or can not do and the players have to learn the system. Nolan has to go, the defense just doesn't work and more than 80% of the defense needs to go with him. Anyone not named Lawrence, Diggs, Gallimore and Gregory should be dusting off their resumes.

NY and The Team are improving with the same time to prep. We are going in the wrong direction, and were doing so before the injuries. Nothing excuses how poorly these games are being called.

It’s starting to dawn on even the most stubborn of you. Of course, you won’t admit it out loud, but you’re all thinking it.

Now we see what bad coaching actually looks like, and it’s painfully obvious what that looks like.

Remember those are not the qualities these hee-haws are looking for in a coach. They want a guy that gets along with Jerry and tells him that his latest round of botox does not make him look like the joker.

With the team that McCarthy was handed this year, does Garrett get more than 4 or 5 wins? I say yes. But it also puts us in a bad draft position.

The team is not prepared, they are soft and there's no accountability, the defense is not improving with more coaching...in game decisions are a joke
