Is Jerry terminally ill? No? Then better days are definitely not ahead...

"In his past 40 games as a head coach, McCarthy has a 14-25-1 record, but he said he has not lost confidence in his beliefs in putting a program together".
He has no Rodgers or any one close to him to bail him out , MM isn't much of a coach any more. Just think if he was so good why would GB ever let him go, he is in Dallas for 1 simple reason he knows to do what ever Jerry tells him . I lost respect when he admitted he lied and would do anything to get the job.

Sorry to say so but from everything he's shown until now, MM hasn't shown any likelihood to right the sinking ship he's on. He lied about what his intentions were regarding favoring adjusting to the players, rather than expecting them to adjust to Nolan's schemes. GM Jerry would stand a much better chance of recovering lost respect by hiring a legitimate GM than staying on course with his wishful thinking of ever being a "football guy." He might be an owner but certainly not anything resembling a deserving GM.

MM's promises were just a majorly gross misrepresentation of the facts. Mike Nolan was nothing even close to representing promises of adjusting to the abilities of the players. MM welcomed him as payback for a former favor. As fans, we've been deceived from the start. Jerry and Stephen were fools to ignore what MM was in Green Bay and Jerry was a fool in welcoming him to Fresno, despite his deceitful promises. Aside from that, other teams have overcome their woes infinitely better than this franchise ever was inclined to.
