The one thing I miss the most about our beloved Cowboys are these guys right here. It used to be really fun watching these monsters every single game. Anyone who ran behind them looked like the greatest running back ever because of the holes they created.

Thankfully we still have Zack Martin, but man do I miss Travis Frederick, a healthy Tyron Smith and a healthy La'el Collins. Hopefully we'll be able to rebuild this line again sometime soon.

Use another three 1st rounders on the OL and maybe we can get it back again. Great Wall 2.0 . They will be missed, just ask EzE

I miss having a defense that could actually contend for a championship.

Tired of watching a team entirely dependent on offense, especially since history shows those teams only go so far.

The best thing about that oline was the attitude and professionalism. Even Doug free. They never took plays off. They were the most dependable group we had from 2013-2017

I miss the days of being mediocre and having Jerry tell us we were great....

As opposed to now, when we stink and Jerry still tells us we are great.

Doug "the human turnstile" Free? Who could forget those days.
Free was on odd player. He did lead the team in both penalties and sacks allowed for awhile, he improved later on but he took a reduced salary just to stick around bc his play was getting so bad. But then his last few years he seemed to turn it on. I think Romo's agility in the pocket helped him

It might take several years to get back to building the OL back to what it was back then.

That's if we're fortunate enough to make good decisions and coach the rookies capably.

Let's consider that the defensive line and linebacker corps might need replenishing, too.

We'll have to improve the defense into something more productive. DBs will be needed.

Good luck fortifying all these requirements in one singular draft. That will require vet FA.

If Biadasz turns out to be as good as people think then we should be fine at center. Martin should still have quite a few good years left. Hopefully Collins returns fresh and ready to pick up where he left off before this season. That just leaves Williams and Smith. I think Smith will be back, I'm just not sure he makes it through the season. I'm not a fan of Williams. My hope is McGovern beats him out in TC. I've liked what I've seen of him so far this season.
