I did enjoy the win, but unlike many of you, I am a realist! I realize if we lose this game, as well as the last 2, and we are picking #4 in the draft we have a better opportunity to pick elite talent in the draft.

If your truly an honest fan, and not some dumb a_ _ fanatic, you realize this Defense would get shredded in the playoffs. Also, the run blocking is way below average with our 3rd string tackles starting.

We can’t run consistently and we can’t stop the run consistently! What makes anyone but a dumb a_ _ fanatic think we would do anything in the playoffs?

No! our defensive ends never protect the edge. You can run bootlegs all day vs Smith and especially Lawrence( hustles and plays hard, but plays dumb to often)

I enjoyed specific plays, but I am looking at the big picture. This team cannot consistently stop the run or consistently run the ball. We need better players! A 4th round draft pick this year is more important, to our future success, than a sloppy win vs the most injured team in the NFL.

Yes, I realize the circumstances. The defense gave the offense short field after short field to capitalize on. It’s not like the offense was lighting up the 49er defense trying to overcome a horrible defense. The defense was the best part of our offense for the 2nd straight game.

Now, do you understand the circumstances?

When a fan base cannot enjoy a win, sheesh. Every team in the NFL, has played watered down teams, injuries, penalties, and bad players. Dallas is the only team in the NFL, that has the same amount of hate fans, as well as support fans.

I almost fell out of my chair when Anthony Brown created 1 of 4 turnovers that literally won the game for us.

Been the same for almost a decade now. Need 1 stud DT, an entirely new starting LB corps and at least 1 FS. The defense has always been weak down the middle. Realistically if the team can use the first 3 rounds of the draft and free agency to address these spots, we would see a noticeable improvement. Outside of a few brilliant stints from Sean Lee, this really has been the same old story since Wade's defense crumbled nearly 10 years ago.

At least it was a baby step in the right direction. Some people made some plays. I for one will take it. Another important take away that I believe is available is that of Richard Sherman. That player in that game represents everything that a GM should be aware of when deciding how to spend money. You would be so much further ahead if you gave him his game check before kick off and asked him to disappear. Jaylon and Zeke would also benefit from this treatment.

We’ll have to agree to disagree. I think this defense is terrible, you seem to think it is the strength of the team right now.
