GB traded for Favre when they had a QB, then drafted Rodgers when they had a QB, then drafted Love when they have a QB.

A team's loyalty is to the team, not one player. Especially one playing hardball in negotiations.

Look, if I am in the singles bar and Hard Marge is proving to be too difficult, I am going to give Easy Lisa a chance.

Hell, Johnson took the QB with the #1 pick and did the same in the supplemental.

AC, this is a case of being more concerned about a player than the team and we've seen a lot of that around here. There is not one player on this team that I wouldn't take a chance on an upgrade. I love the laundry, not the ones wearing it.

Great post.

Dak, now it's crystal clear the Joneses are not 100% all in on you. They are outright telling you what they think and what they were trying to do to draft your replacement before this year started. Give them what they want. Make them eat their words and regret losing you. Go find a team that will truly appreciate you.

I think everyone is seeing your agenda. Much like the Romo fanatics you’ve become a bigger fan of our QB than the team. Karma is hell AC.

Facts as you see them. The Cowboys haven’t been any more successful with Dak than they were with Romo. It’s basically the same frustrations and disappointments of no championship appearances.
Wrong.

Romo was a CHOKER. He would choke under pressure. Everyone saw it.

Dak is the opposite. Heck, he was on a path this year to break Peyton Manning's NFL single season passing record (5,400 yards) by more than 1,300 yards. Plus, his performance had the Cowboys Offense leading the NFL to a #1 ranking in both points/game average and yards/game average. All of that came to a halt once Dak broke his leg.

Do you know what the Offense is ranked today? Answer: 12th. That's a far drop from mid-October when Dak was leading it behind the same injured Oline but the same weapons. Why is that??? Have you ever wondered why? Only difference is the QB.

With Dak, this Offense was rolling at NFL record setting pace. Without Dak, it's rolled down to average.

Yet, you and your clan wonder why I defend Dak so much? It's because I know who is best for THE TEAM, unlike you bunch who believe just any QB can lead this Offense to its full potential.

Go look at the scores for those first 5 games which Dak led this team. A 2-3 record. Those 3 losses were within 1 score games and winnable had our Defense showed up to play like it finally has the past 2 weeks. This team would have been 5-0 to start the season had our Defense shown up to play, but this team's Offense was running best under Dak. You know it. I know it. Everyone knows it.

So spare me your theatrics. Everyone knows who is the one with an agenda here.

I want what's best for this team because this season has proven beyond a question of a doubt which player is best for this team.

Dak "lead" the team to a 1-3 record with 1 DNF.

One could argue that the Cowboys are far more ‘in’ on Dak than Dak is on the Cowboys. They’ve made him several very very fair offers, this is dumb. Jalen Hurts will be a flat out bum once there’s film on him (just like Wentz)... Hurts couldn’t win big games in college and he certainly won’t win big games in the NFL, so far he’s 0-2 and that’s all that matters.

Well possibly after this season, if the patriots do get Dak, they'll have new members on their boards like AmericanPatriot and PatriotRoy ;)

Loyalty....bahahahhahhah. Joe Montana 4 SB titles... see ya
Brady, 6 rings.... see ya
There is very little loyalty in pro sports and there SHOULDNT be. It is PRO SPORTS, not HS. The NFL is all about today and with a salary cap, teams must sign players for as little as they possibly can. Wake up and leave Beaver Ceaver land behind.

And with Dak it was: Decent Contract offered, turned down, no super bowl rings, following an 8-8 season.

Nobody cares about personal stats. Stats only provide talking points. The team was 8-8 last year and 1-3 this year with him and the #1 offense.

Dak will be judged by the teams success like every QB in Cowboys history.

Dak is the MVP for this team much like Romo was but it’s not enough.

And you have become just like the Romo fanactics you despised so much all of those years.

Cowboys were likely looking to draft Jalen around the 4th round like Dak and develop him.

Then explain Dak's performance last season against NO, NE, and Philly (to win the division).......so much for Dak not being a choker theory.
