Bingo. I was wondering what the Eagles were going to do in order to lose this game. Because they are the Eagles. They have no pride and their organization a disgrace. They're just going to let a divisional opponent walk into their house and take the division like you would snatch a candy bar away from a little kid.

Eagles have already tanked. Can't get more tanked than they are; regardless of if the tank was intentional or not. They are literally the only team in our division (worse division in NFC East history) that there is no way they can get in the playoffs.

far far too much eagle stalk we could keep it all in one thread please..we cant worry about that game..

we have one to win first then after our victory in NY we can start the hopes WFT loses not an eagle win..a tie would cost them wouldn't it? so a tie it is Tie talk..

would a tie in the eagles waft game and win by us put us in?

doubt it it might inspire him to play his best game as hopes another team would offer the eagles a deal for him..they thought Mitch was done mitch comes back and has been playing well.. Wentz got in his own head i mean hes seeing ghost with a bad OL etc

seriously hurts, who is much younger, healthier, and way more mobile is taking the same amount of sacks and has a been fumbling and turning the ball over

thats actually a plus for Wentz as it show's its team issue not just the QB

if they start sudfeld they dont care....

I guess if the game means nothing then why play guys who are hurt? Call it tanking, but the Eagles are being smart. Asking guys to play in pain and risk further injury for a game that means nothing is stupid.

It has been explained to me here by a group of highly intellectual individuals that tanking does not exist.

Regardless if upper management places 6 to 8 starters/contributors on your team as out for the upcoming game because the end game is that a win accomplishes nothing towards team improvement. Guys who if there was any reason to play for regarding playoff chances would have played.

This is called tanking.

But I promise just ask around and you'll find here that this just does not exist.

Bunch of Mensa level philosophy majors.

Dallas should have stuck with tanking and reaped the benefits of a 3-13 draft position in all rounds.

I've played too many sports to believe that any NFL players will go into "tank mode". They'll be playing to win and playing for their jobs.

Eagles had two options:
1 Watch WAS celebrate on their field or 2 hand winner of DAL/NYG the title.
If there was fans in stands I think they would have been hard-pressed to go with that option 2.


End of day whatever bums PHI sends out there will try to win so you always have a minute chance.
