The second half of the season gives me hope

There’s a lot to look forward to and be hopeful about going into next season. First off, Dak will be back and that will be huge. He’s the leader of the team. We saw some young players develop into good players so our depth will be better. The defense stepped it up the last few games and that bodes well for next year. The offense was leading the league before Dak went down. They’re loaded with elite talent at the skill positions and will be even better with a healthy offensive line. We’ve got a lot of draft picks that gives the FO some options. We had one of the best drafts in the NFL picking #17 so if they can duplicate that picking higher then this team will be well positioned for next year.

Time to put this season behind us and look forward to the next.

They were 6-10. That’s not mediocrity that’s being a bad football team. But they did get better on defense as the season ended. No one is cool with mediocrity. No one.

I hear you but is it gonna get better? Been a long time and I just don’t see it.

This season Lamb, Diggs and Wilson proved that they could be very good players. I think Gallimore and, if we keep him, Knight are going to be nice pieces next year. A full season of rehab might help Tyron get back to his old self. With Dak being back and if we can snatch a few defensive players in the draft, we will be much better than this year.

A bunch of young kids gained valuable playing experience. That is about the only good takeaway from this season.

Rock... appreciate the enthusiasm. It is easy to whine and complain. Harder to be positive and look at potential good things.

I was going to say, when the rest of the league is looking at their schedule next year, they're going to write a "W" next to "Dallas".
