Whenever there’s controversial call against us, look at history. Do we have good record on challenges? Just sayin’.

Have to send Jerry this memo to his flip phone. Maybe he'll see it there.

Exactly.

A proper HC throws the challenge flag. It's such a monumental moment in a tight game that to not throw the challenge flag for at worst case was a questionable call or in reality, an incomplete pass is nothing short of brainless. Simple as that. Situational football. It was worth burning one timeout even if the call was somehow not reversed.
Im pissed at a lot after this game,, Jordan Lewis... Ive had this mans back since we drafted him, but its time to cut bait, its stupid errors like that, cost this team, just as bad as MMs mistake.
Same goes for Gregory, but he of course gets a reprieve since he is actually stud status,, but still a fool today.
So three errors in judgement that cost this team dearly today.
But thats the game right...

Pretty sure he’s still a championship coach and was a major upgrade when we brought him in with his yellow tights and green cape and everything.

I think some fans just don't understand simple math. McCarthy caused a field goal. Up by 4, we got down the field with enough to crank the clock down, but had to go for a touchdown instead of a field goal winner.

Jerry Jones is in charge people.

McCarthy is terrible , 3 game win streak against terrible teams but he’s a meat head . He’s isnt the guy and we are cursed with mediocrity again for years now .
Literally choked game away not challenging a catch .
Total meathead I agree. What do you expect from a backwards bumpkin like Jerry who found oil.
This organization disgusts me. We have analytics based ownership groups and we are stuck with idiots. Please some tech billionare....

Even if your staff in the booth was unsure, you throw the flag....and you dang sure should have been swayed when you saw the way NY was hurrying up to kick the FG

Honest question....How many "fire McCarthy" threads have we had this year? I honestly want to dig them all up just to prove a point....everyone can see it. He's not HC material.

No joke. What a gutless human being. Guy is a natural born loser.
I've been saying thin since day one! This sorry *** for a coach couldn't win multiple championships with Rogers, why do you think Rogers wanted him gone?????? It was because the dude can't coach...................

Ignoring the no challenge, I have no idea what MM actually does. The ST coach does his thing. Nolan does his. Moore does his. There is no disciplinary action. No in game great decision making. I don't see great game plans week in and week out.

I thought that Garrett was actively a bad coach. MM just seems like . . . nothing. He seems to have no impact on the organization.

Exactly. All evidence suggests he is a placeholder, a stand-in, a cipher. A full season having now elapsed, who has any clue whatever as to what this guy's "coaching style" is, and what positive effect it might have on the ball club? I understand that it's difficult to be the "face" of a team when you're not permitted to show an unmasked face in public, but still...what does MM actually do?

Down one he fails to challenge an obvious Incompletion

A fg would have won it and we got to the six

Fire him and do it tonight.

I praised him last week but this loss showed a lot of shortcomings. Hire Urban and fire Mike.

They are not going to fire McCarthy.

Jerry and Stephen will never admit a mistake this soon.

But for those of you who think McCarthy shouldn't be fired, what's your number?

Like honestly, what is your number?

10 bad coaching decisions? 15? 20?

I just want to know so when he gets there we'll know where you all are.

I know for many of you, the number for years of Jerry's continued failure is > 25. So may here still make excuses for him. He's the common denominator.

I think this year has been the clearest I have seen how exactly Jerry undermines the team.
- He talks up the team and players in order to generate hype and revenue.
- The players eat the cheese and lose focus and discipline
- He overpays them anyways just to justify his own hype
- He undermines the coach in their ability to discipline players, further eroding discipline

The team ends up being a bunch of front running softies which are good at blowing out bad teams but then fall over when they get punched in the mouth.
