how do you ignore the D? which players were available that you wanted to sign and couldn't? which players are available in 2021 and you don't think we can sign? what about 2022?

is your suggestion we build a defense through FA!!!! when was the last time that worked?

OMG, even if we had 185M in cap space, jerry couldn't build a defense in FA....Dak contract or not has nothing do with it...

all you have to do is look at our defensive drafts overs the past 15 years....

NE??? Uh, hello...Dak threw for more yards than Brady did during that snowstorm. Plus, had our punt not been blocked inside our own red zone, Brady and the Patriots would not have won.

...and thank you for making the point that the Dallas defense played very well and gave up only 13 points....yet Dak couldn't push them over into the win column.

Ice cold, constant freezing rain...those elements are worse for a QB. Yet, in the video you sent me, it clearly showed so many Cowboys players messing up and hurting drives. So how was poor performances from other players actually Dak's fault?

Neither will get us to a Super Bowl. I don't want either of them. Not Dalton, because he mostly stinks, and not Dak because you don't pay that kind of money for a dude who can't beat the Jets.

Dak did only produce in the 4th Quater when the game was lost and the other team was already under the shower. And that is not a 2020 problem it was so the same way in 2019. 2019 showed even more his problems. Against good defenses he is lost.

Dalton produced against teams even in the first half. Thats a big difference.

I would pay Dalton 20 mils per year. I trust him more to win the big game (with a great surrounding cast). And its not even a question of trust: The last 5 years Dak showed he cant win against good defenses or the big game. With Dak we can only go so far. That we all know.

So why throw your future away just because the guy is so nice to everybody and has all the feelgood stories for the grannies ?

I can't wait to see you and people of your ilk cry hard when Dak gets his deal. Honestly, I will enjoy the winning and the offense once again producing...but those days and weeks after Dak signs his deal...there is not enough tissues in the world.

WRONG.

It was proven months ago. Most of Dak's passing yards came in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. PROOF that they were NOT garbage yards.

Epic fail.

actually most of his yards didn't come in the 4th quarter.....it was in 2nd and 3rd quarter.

and the question is if your team is within one score with three minutes to go, you consider that garbage yards? and you throw in the towel? I am glad you were never on my team. I bet when you played, if you played, you would go down by one score in the first quarter and you would just head to the shower and say I guess we lost...

Dalton didn't produce against average teams. he stunk against Ravens, WFT and AZ. I mean STUNK in a big way. STUUUNNNKKKK....the smell is still lingering

he did beat three back up QBs on 4 win teams...so I give him that.....and he did need defense to get him 9 turnovers to do it....... and Sunday he lost to another starting QB.... and stunk it up one more time in a must win game....STUNNNNKKKKK

and if you are willing to pay Dalton 20 Mil, then you are stupider than I thought.......no team in the NFL is dumb enough, including Jerry to pay him anywhere close to that neighborhood, but your hatred for Dak has made you into a moron to consider paying dink and dunk dalton 20 M....wow just wow....!!! 20M...seriously.....at least the other Dak Haters wanted dalton beause he would cost 3 M, but you are going to throw in another 17 just for good measure...
