Yes the dirty birds might tank as you say....but then again maybe they might want to knock off the WFT from a Division title....and with the game being flexed to Sunday night...and being the only game ....IMO they're gonna come out swinging. That would be good for Dallas...of course Dallas must still take care of business in a road game with the New York Football Giants....

The Eagles are a bad team right now and that logically translates to losing. They normally play to win, regardless of the teams involved. Let's see what transpires and be glad that we're making progress right now on both sides of the ball. We can't control what the Eagles do. It's all about what we do that counts. Whether it pays off for us this year or not remains to be seen. In the long term, if we're fortunate enough to have a good draft, the 2021 season could potentially be quite a pleasant surprise. There's nothing wrong with being pleased with our progress, if it doesn't include becoming inactive.

Modern day NFL players and coaches do not tank. There has never been any proof and there never will be. Foolish thinking.

Peterson will be coaching for his job and it's fairly likely that the players will want him back. Philly has been a team with enough pride to play hard, regardless of the circumstances. Let's just sit back and try to enjoy our upcoming game with NY, regardless of what's out of our control to affect.

It is tradition in the NFC East that if you can't win the division then the next best thing is find another team in the NFC east and screw up their season. This should be a must win game for Washington. Eagles got nothing to lose, they will come out loose.

I said the same thing. Eagles aren’t doing the cowboys any favours. It’s ok though. They will still mess up their draft picks with Roseman at the helm lol

If a guy is injured at all he has zero reason to play today, with their team already eliminated. There's nothing unusual about that.

Saying a team can tank means they have a choice of winning or losing and all signs point to an Eagles team with little heart for the fight and their DC announcing he was leaving this week.
In today's NFL, those division rivalries are not what they once were and the hate between the teams isn't close to what it once was. They know they could be playing for that team in the future. The Eagles could care less who wins the East, they've got a QB controversy brewing and their DC walking out. They'd probably vote to forfeit if they could.
The Cowboys did this to themselves, the Eagles aren't doing anything to them. The Cowboys got swept by the WFT and put themselves in the situation of needing help from another team. Doesn't mean I don't want them to get that help but I don't think they deserve it.
