Hasn't changed from how I responded to a similar question a couple months back and that was...

for a multibillion dollar ownership family/group to miraculously convince the Jones Cartel to sell.

Bout all I got.

My 2$

Let Aldon walk. Literally gets stoned by average tackles. Takes plays off. Looks slow and uninterested.

Sean Lee, loved him for years, but time is up.
X. Woods - bye
Lewis - bye

Nolan. Scheme should adjust to fit players. Not the other way around. Last in every meaningful category. - bye

Draft
LT
DT maybe 2
MLB. run stuffer type
S
CB
Almost forgot, Tyrone Crawford - bye

Coaches that know how to coach.

Get Jerry out of there.

2 huge stumbling blocks.

That doesn't change, expect 25 more years of Zero.

new head coach
new defensive coordinator
two new defensive tackles
two new linebackers
free safety
two cornerbacks
hope both offensive tackles are healthy

That's all we need.

First things first...fire Nolan
Extend Dak
See about signing Marcus Maye or Justin Simmons
Draft either Surtain, Farley, or Parsons
Address the defense in the draft

New D-Coordinator, a NT like Dalvin Tomlinson, a mid-tier FA FS (below top market price but above the bargain bin of poes and clinton-dix types),
bring back one of Lewis or Chido... Address defense heavily in draft.

Well, it won't happen, but Von Miller is a FA. You can never have too many pass rushers. He's a Cowboy fan. It would sure be nice to get him, but he'll be too pricey.

My bad..... not a FA. A candidate to be released.

We are pretty good on offense. Some question marks with injuries but if Dak and Blake come back healthy our offense is pretty set. Oline will get back 2 pro bowlers in Martin and Collins and Smith another will be back too but I have little faith he can get though a season healthy but I do like Knight a lot and our depth at guard is good. Factor in Biadasz at center and a mid-late round pick and we are pretty solid on the offensive side of the ball.

Defense is where our focus should be. We need to solidify the middle of this defense. Jaylon should not be the MLB. I would have no problem spending the first two picks of our draft to move up and select the MLB from Penn State. add a beefy nose in the 3rd and I'd be more than happy. Unless we can get Aldon back on a reasonable deal I would focus more on resigning Gregory and let Chido, Lewis and Wilson walk unless we can get Lewis back on a reasonable deal. Obviously safety is a need but I always liked Wilson who is 100% a starter next year. Not sure why that's even been debated here.

I'd rather see us fix the defensive line and secondary and worry about Jaylon the next year if he doesn't play better behind a better front. Although it likely won't happen, I'd like to see us go after a quality DT in free agency and a quality safety, then draft Iowa DT Daviyon Nixon in the first round and a corner in the second (or a corner in the first and Florida State DT Marvin Wilson in the second). I'd prefer the DT in the first if Nixon is there when we pick because we've neglected the position for too long.

We need at least one starting corner, one starting safety and two starting DTs to fix this defense, so Jaylon's replacement can wait IMO. We do need linebacker depth (and a challenger for those starting spots), so we could draft one or two after the first couple of rounds.
