Love Romo but c'mon let him be a QB coach for a year then maybe move to OC for 2-3 years and have success at that before you make him a head coach

I could see him as a defense of coach way before head coach . He doesn’t have the individual people skills in the locker room in my opinion. He always had favorites

I see what you did there Northern_Cowboy - -advocating the Kellen Moore path.
That means Romo has to do 5-7 more years in the booth; by then, the former Boise St. legend will have coached the Cowboys two a couple of NFL titles (minimum) before returning to his his alma mater.
