Look at his biggest fan on here. The same guy who said Beathard and Kaaya would be better than Mahomes and Watson.

LOL...........the guy never ceases to amaze. Just a few minutes ago he declared that he won the Dalton vs Dak debate after watching Dalton curl up in a ball yesterday with the game losing pick in the endzone. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:

He’s a serviceable backup but that about it, he has absolutely no “it” factor whatsoever and probably couldn’t lead Girl Scouts to a front door. Winner in life but a complete dud on the field

He's on the decline of his career and makes for a great backup quarterback nothing else.

First half he was horrid with accuracy issues
Receivers couldn't get separation until the second half hence why we started moving the ball better
Receivers also dropped 6+ passes
No run game whatsoever
Defense that was horrendous from the start. OK first quarter wasn't to terrible
Did not have much protection all game

Yes you can put the blame on Dalton for his accuracy issues, taking costly sacks, never throwing the ball away however just like Dak the man had no help on either side of the ball. Once Dalton got into somewhat of a rhythm the second half the receivers had a couple of dropped passes that killed several drives

Dalton just made it be known that he is going into free agency because he doesn't want to settle for a back up job. Which means that if he were to actually replace Dak then he would have demanded to be paid more like a starting QB. Yet some who don't want to pay Dak think that it's worth paying Dalton who has at times struggled this season and who has less playoff success than Dak has.

He's played one team with a winning record, and he's 0-1 in that one game.

He has 4 wins, but they were to the Vikings, the Niners, the Eagles, and Bengals. Dak at least beat the Rams and the Eagles last year... teams that had a winning record.

They want to crown Dalton for the same thing that they discredit Dak for. As we kept hearing that Dak shouldn't be credited for beating bad teams or teams with losing records. Cowherd blasted Dak for beating a bad Giants team last season and then is ready to turn around and give Dalton praise and accolades for beating bad teams this season.

Not for nothing, but Lamb dropped that possible go ahead TD at the 10. Hit him right in the hands. What else can you ask for?
Ya, that reminded me of the Crayton drop Romo had to endure.

Then of course, Dak has had big drops on good throws too. It happens, and every QB deals with it, but that does not excuse that pee-wee level brain fart on that pathetic 3rd down throw.

Dalton has been average at best during his career, with the biggest issue with him is folding when it counts the most, having some of his absolute worst performances when it counts. he has had his 4 worst performances in his playoff games and was 1-12 in games that mattered...now 1-13.

yesterday he couldn't hit side of a barn in the first half. he couldn't even hit his usual dink and dunk throws. he made all the wrong reads and he held on to the ball way way too long at times leading to sacks....and his last throw was awful, plain bad for a veteran QB...as soon as he threw the ball, I saw 6 blue jersey's in the end zone and my immediate thought was why? why throw a floating duck when you see 6 blue jerseys' in the end zone and only two cowboys players....

in the end, Dalton couldn't beat any starting QBs in the league......

and now, having seen first hand, I am not sure he is even the answer to back up QB spot, if all he is able to do is beat 4-11 teams playing their back up QBs....a back up should be capable of keeping the team competitive, against average and good teams...he was never able to do that....

keeping Dalton is a mistake even as a back up....we could at least keep a low round draft developmental player. Dalton is not even developmental and there is no upside.

So the oline had nothing to do with the loss, receivers dropping passes, the defense not being able to stop Giants receivers, a Head Coach not challenging a play, an offensive coordinator that didn't call a balanced game......I mean these are the same things I hear when another QB losses a game so it's only fair they be looked at for Dalton too.

Cee Dee folded actually!

I am pretty sure he dropped 2 crucial TD's this year and then that drop yesterday!

How did Dak do against the Eagles when the division was on the line? How did he do against NE or NO? Just stop already.

All 3 were winning teams. Those were good teams.

Dalton was flat against the 5-9 Giants, and was blown out twice by Washington. :lmao:
