Good move on his part for his coaching career if BSU was not going to fund the team properly.

Sort of like FSU, when the college backs out of committing to the football team, it'll get ugly fast.

Thanks to Jerry making an offer Moore couldn't refuse. Not only has he wasted a lot of money on poor players, now it's emerged to the offensive coordinator position (s).

3 years is about the right time to plug him into the Cowboy HC slot after the MM failure. Jerrah has a plan to keep the faithful excited about their team while continuing in mediocrity. I can see it now (I just got the transmission repaired on my crystal ball).

LOL.

The football team at BSU makes a ton of money for the university. Don't understand how they wouldn't find the program properly.

Im sure Kellen demanded Jerry be a part of the program in some capacity and they said oh hell no lol

I think he is better off in the pros. There is no recruiting, NCAA regulations, boosters, etc.

Hmmm...no mention of Jerry making promises as some here were so certain about 2 days ago.

Boise State always had a shelf life. They were never going to remain anything close to a national power. He's better of staying put, getting experience and waiting for the next opportunity.

I thought for sure Kellen would go but if you don't get the money you need to build a great assistant staff you are doomed to fail.
I deal with this at Texas Tech. Cheap OC/DC and lack of additional support staff is why a lot of teams stay second tier.
