I saw the preview for that when I was watching Dr. Who. It definitely looks "meh", but maybe I'll check it out once I'm done binging Buffy.

Agreed with everything. I hate teen-y drama stuff but I was surprised they pulled it off without too much cringe. And yep Johnny is one of the best characters on TV.

Yeah I can see the teen drama type energy to it, and it definitely has it's fair share of cheesiness, but for some reason I'm just loving this show. lol Maybe it's my nostalgic ties to the original movies, I don't know, but I'm here for it.

It really is awesome. For anyone who is on the fence, you should give it a shot. Johnny Lawrence makes the show. I really enjoyed the tie in to Karate Kid 2 this last season.

Yeah, unlike the star wars trilogy - more the latter two, first one at least had some of it just no Luke. They have really done a great job of pressing the nostalgia buttons. I think they've gone a little over the top with some of the all out fights in especially the school one. But the Karate Kid actors and their characters have been great. It's a hoot to see the rivalry from Johnny's eyes now.

I watched the first couple of episodes, and it turns out, Ralph Macchio annoys me even more as an adult than he did playing a teenager. I just can't stand that guy.

Ok I finished up Cobra Kai season 03! Ahhh!! I love that show. It's so amazingly cheesy in all the right ways 
I thought season 03 was great and I loved all the Karate Kid II tie ins. Bring on S04!

I am watching it but honestly it is getting tiresome. I mean how long can this keep going on? If it continues to repeat the same pattern it is going to lose me. At some point it has to end one way or the other and that point may have been 2 episodes ago. I have no issue with the acting. But I am finding the writing a little absurd.

Is anyone watching the Expanse? I have been waiting for all the episodes to dump so I can binge watch it, but at this point it is the only reason I still have Amazon Prime. The series was really good in the beginning but I am worried about where it goes now. Is it worth watching or did Amazon screw it up?

I anticipate every episode that comes out. It's a little slower than it was at first, but still very good. And it has the added bonus of being more scientifically accurate than most, if not all other sci-fi shows.

Watched the first two episodes of WandaVision and enjoyed the homages to I Love Lucy, The Dick Van Dyke Show, and Bewitched. Seven episodes left and the overarching plot is slowly being revealed.
