Rookie head coach Kevin Stefanski won 11 games with the Browns and got them in the playoffs for the first time in 18 years. They were 6-10 last season.

That's performing miracles.
Nick Chubb is such a fun running back to watch play. Dude is a pro. Stephanski has been good for them so far

#1 coach in Dallas history.

I doubt Laundry or Jonson could do any better.

Camper might of gotten close at 5-11.

What was it, 4th and 22 on our own 32 yard line and the guy ran some fake punt reverse B.S. That ain't coach of the year. In fact, that's anti-coach of the year stuff. Put an anti on it then we can talk.

I mean this guy took an average football team to a 6-10 record.

The amount of injuries this team faced was nearly unbelievable and he still managed to get 6 wins.

I don't know about you but I think we found the savior of this franchise.

He didn't even have a full off season with this team and got 6 wins.

6.

We saw this team try fake punts and went for it multiple times on 4th down. MM is a genius if you ask me. Who would have ever thought of doing that.

And he was cautious when he needed to be. Like when there was a close catch that by the Giants that put them in range of a 50 yard field goal with 4 minutes left in the season finale. Mike realized a timeout was much more valuable than possibly giving up 3 points making it a 4 point game. You rarely see that type of discipline.

The guy literally changed the culture in this organization.

There's no ceiling for MM.

Coach of the Year, if you ask me.

He performed miracles all year. Just crazy to think that this team finished 6-10 with him as the leader of this football team.
LOL
I love the parody post here. You must really be bored and hunting for likes.

For me its the Browns coach for coach of the year.

Him or the Dolphins head coach. To get to 10 wins with Fitzpatrick and Tua is pretty good. He has them trending in the right direction. Although Tua needs a lot of work.

McCarthy with a 6-10 record coach of the year. why cause he kept us out of the cellar (not by much) in NFL's worst division?
what does that make Reid- a god?

Umm no but he did all he could IMHO , he did make few bad decisions but sometimes desperate times cause desperate measures like suspect calls etc..we all no matter the age and experience in life or career learn from mistakes as we all still make them..the staff gets pass , players mulligans etc Injuries' and circumstances caused most of the downfall..

Now we can revisit 5 games into next season if these same mistakes are being made, im all for the make the change group but for now lets see how 2021 develops..

but finishing with an average record with an average team is not enough to get an award..:0) LOL

I don't think he's even being considered for that. I wouldn't give him anything better than a C for his first year. Multiple botched coaching decisions. 2 in the last game

Moore will prove to be a boob too....whenever I see him, all I can think of is that ridiculous photo someone took of him wearing that leather pilots cap from the 40's.....anyone remember that? Haven't seen it for a long time.

I judge a coach on his in game decisions Big Mike absolutely failed. They were a miracle onside kick recovery from 5-11. And managed to lose a win or for sure go home game with the loss greatly based on his in game decisions.
