Perhaps Al Harris. But nothing will change in the secondary until they start drafting better players and making better decisions in free agency. Prioritize safety in the draft, sign free agents that have actually been worth a damn in this league. Diggs was a nice start, Wilson has shown a little promise. Everyone else back there is complete ****.
