Two prospects some were very high on, decided to stay in school for another season. Cross them off the board for this year's draft.

Saw that Jordan stayed, didn't know about Bubba.

Miami is supposed to be very good next year so maybe he wanted to be a part of that; maybe he's gunning to be Safety #1 in the 2022 class (he won't be, that's Notre Dame's Kyle Hamilton by a mile).

I know he was one of your pet cats. Another year of development on the college level will only help his stock next year.

Kyle Hamilton has a chance to be special. If he puts it all together next season he's gonna go pretty high. He made some unbelievable plays in 2020, but also some real bone headed mistakes. I'm excited to see what he does next year.

Make no mistake about it, there is talent to be had in this draft on the interior of the DL. We’ve ignored it for so long that you have no choice to invest in it. And you don’t have to spend a 1st round pick. But there most certinly will be guys available in round 2 and after that can help this team. We don’t have a lot of options in FA.

Thought Bubba could have been one of our guys in the 3rd....if we don't go safety early. Bummer.....but for him...it's probably the right decision. He could be a higher pick next year.

I get it.

Hoping for the best of him and his family.

Will almost certainly be on my Top 10 Cowboys Watchlist for next season.

I think they look more towards 1 Tech Defensive Tackles as they need to see what they got in Hill/Gallimore. However, if the right one falls, they shouldn't hesitiate to select him.
