The thread title sums it up.So what is it?
I know we can click on the link, but I feel this is as lazy as some reporters with a cryptic tweet.
Just put what it is in the thread plus the link.
I refuse to click on the link just for the principal of it.
Suggestion for the mods. If they just have the link and no substance, delete it.
So what are the odds that Jones heals up once we release him, and kicks better he ever did.?
Fixed it for you. He was never “not bad”. Always had bottom league stats.Chris Jones was the definitive Cowboys player of his era. He was bad, you always thought we could do better, but we never bothered.
In his eight games “Hunter the Punter” averaged 47.2 yards on 26 punts. According to Pro Football Reference, this gives Niswander the highest career average for any punter in Cowboys history.
The previous high was 45.3 yards by Mat McBriar, the Cowboys longtime punter from 2003-2011 and a two-time Pro Bowler.
Chris Jones is fifth on that list himself with a 44.5 career average
Kin of a dumb record because of the small sample size, but he should be able to complete for the job next season. Jones needs to go.
If they can cut Dan Bailey for Brett Maher. They can cut Jones for niswanderCutting Chris Jones saves 2 million in cap space
Instead of playoffs this is what we have to celebrate.
